- Happy Sunday my loves! Sundays are great to take the extra time for some deep stretches. Make sure you DON'T do this one before a workout. Before workouts I recommend doing more dynamic movements. Static stretches are great to do after a workout or in the evening to calm down your nervous system and go into a relaxed state.

Good morning! Your workouts are absolutely amazing. I only found them 3 weeks ago but am an absolute fan. My hip and shoulders are very worn from sitting and exercising them without proper muscle control when I started out training. After doing your classes I can literally can feel them healing.
