    So is it more efficient and better to do your texturing this way versus sculpting it in with Zbrush? It seems like you would get a ton more detail using this method and it won't crash your computer. Also could this be adopted into game ready models?

      you can use a mix. Used Zbrush for bigger details and small details in Mari. Its also possible to bake the hires details in Zbrush as Displacement map and import it into Mari to refine it.
