My ex husband used to do this. My ex mil finally said, oh you must be Ashley, when I meet them the third time. Ik she knew who I was, she wanted my ex to stop and she actually liked me and didn’t think I deserved to be with her son. It’s a red flag when the parents try to save the partner. Or they ask why you’re with them and what you see in them. Learned that the hard way.

He was awful, I had a private investigator follow him for 2 months, and had proof of him cheating on me 24 different times in that 2 months. Best 600 I’ve ever spent. Not including the divorce papers for his ass. Oh the look on his face when the judge looked through the pictures and shamed him. Sweet sweet just desserts. Ah so tasty. 😋
Or at least the girl to say "he's been here with 4 other woman this year, so do with that what you will" I get you can't stop your kid from doing shit like that, but you can protect the girls from people like him.

So, I honestly thank him for the lessons and the heart break. Because I got her out of it. And I wouldn’t trade her for all the gold and riches in the world. I swear, she is my sun, my moon, my earth, and my sky. That’s why I named her sky. She is my everything. I even have that (saying) tattooed on my leg. She brightens my whole life.

Yeah, the utter entitlement in that boy was strong. I'd have been unable to resist either popping him one in the kisser &/or kicking him out of my truck, house, and life.
Some people I dated in the past ALWAYS complained that I wouldn’t text or call back especially when at work. Keep in mind, I have a child AND I’m a swim instructor. How am I supposed to keep in contact when in the water. About 3 relationships ended over that stupidity. If I would’ve known they needed THAT much attention, I would’ve never spoke to them. #highmaintenance
For real! My ex was so insecure and needed constant communication. Got worse and worse to the point I couldn't do anything for myself. Constantly accused me of cheating. I'm a very outdoorsy person and I couldn't go hiking or go do yard work, I couldn't nap or read or watch things or crochet, couldn't go to bed early, even going grocery shopping with my mom was a problem. Basically anything that wasn't undivided attention on him and he would freak out and start making up all this bs about how I must be cheating. You're going to bed early? He would say you've got some guy coming over. Going out with mom? Yeah ok, "mom". Finally broke up with him because of his serious mental illness that he refused to get any help for and somehow he managed to convince himself that there was another guy. Dude was EXHAUSTING!

Mad respect to the third girl for calling out her ex and warning everyone about him. Cause when he's been with nine different women at the same time, there's no f***ing way he's not going to cheat again. If I was with that many women at once, I'd be paranoid that I would accidentally send a text to the wrong girl. My cousin back in the 90s got exposed for seeing 4 different women behind his girlfriends back by a mutal friend of two of his side pieces. They came over to my bio-dad's house drug my cousin out and laid into him. What made it better was they called his girlfriend to come over. Me and my brothers got front row seats to the show. Long and short he got dumped and none of us felt bad for him

Cheaters are the worst. I am in a 13.5 year long relationship…we have 2 kids and a home and run a business…he never physically cheated, but he was actively pursuing multiple other females for about 8 years of our relationship. I cannot tell u how hard it is to leave when there are children involved. I chose to stay. He suggested couples therapy and he truly has made a total 180. This man is the love of my life.. when I found the proof of all his shady ways, a part of my soul was destroyed and I will never be able to get that back. Some days I feel so worthless. Some days I feel stupid for choosing to work on our relationship. I feel like I made the right decision but the pain is still real and I feel like an idiot. But I truly love this man. Why can’t I just walk away? I ask myself that often. I am happy to say he’s been amazing since this all happened. It’s been about a year and a half since my reality exploded. I still hurt and I still cry when the things he was telling other females replays in my brain. Cheating is a horrible thing to put a person through.

@@patriciaphillips1449 Unfortunately, some Catholics believe that the adultery exception applies to the engagement period, not the actual marriage. It doesn't make a whole lot of sense when you look at it really hard, but that's how most of them used to be and some still are.

TL,dr: My older brother was dating a woman who had a baby and was cheating on her husband and framed me for drinking alcohol because he didn’t want to look bad in front of her parents. I almost got kicked out of my house as a result.
My brother started dating a girl he had dated in high school.
She was married with a 3 month old baby and had my brother around her baby and everything.
Her parents came to our house (my brother was living with us at the time) with her to spend the 4th of July.
I was 18 and went to this huge local park that does fireworks for the 4th with a few of my friends. I get a call from my mom who is there with my brother and his girlfriend and innocently answer it.
She started going off. She said she found a nearly empty bottle of tequila in the pantry and asked my brother (who was 30) about it and he said it was MINE. He threw me under the bus and I wasn’t even crossing the street.
Why would a 30 year old man frame his 18 year old sister for drinking a giant 1.5L of tequila causing her to almost be kicked out and homeless? Because he didn’t want to look bad in front of his girlfriend’s parents. His girlfriend who was MARRIED with a THREE MONTH OLD BABY. I don’t think a grown man drinking alcohol is something they were worried about.
Then he managed to actually get me kicked out like a month later by telling my mom that I thought she was a horrible mother and a slût which are things I have never said. I would get blamed for him stealing money out of her safe, him smoking w33d, when he would eat the last of my mom’s special diet food that I didn’t even like.

Speaking from a similar experience, while you may have left, he hasn't changed, and those things he framed you for will continue to happen, only you aren't there as a scapegoat. He royally screwed himself in the long run, because one day they'll wake up and realize a liar and manipulator turned them against someone they love, and that person is the one truly responsible for all of the frustration and misery and inconvenience. They'll never think of him the same or trust him. I hope one day they apologize to you, not that you need to forgive, but because you deserve an apology for not being believed. I'm really glad you got out of that situation and are in a much better place now

I don’t think any amount of apology will ever make up for the hurt I’ve had to go through, but it would be nice to have it acknowledged that I was treated badly and never given the benefit of the doubt.

Dude after I got to the part with the hidden camera(charger box) I told my buddy Amber about it, her boyfriend is always bringing people to her house when she’s at work and never telling her about it. She has to hear it from neighbors or friends passing by her apartment building and we both think it’s fishy af. I love all your videos so much Charlotte, and they always have brought me so much joy since I found your channel in the beginning of the pandemic ☺️❤ I do wanna say tho that, as someone with ADHD and PMDD, sometimes texting back can be one of the hardest things for me to do. I love all my friends dearly, and I am on my phone a lot, but I often read a text or notif for a text and reply in my head or forget to reply... and when you remember or realize after a while (sometimes it can be days cuz of Time Blindness too), sometimes the guilt can be so much that it feels almost impossible to text someone back. I know many ADHDers do experience this, and feel awful for letting ppl down for the exact reason you mentioned, and there's not really an excuse for it in society as it is now. So I just wanted to say I totally understand where you're coming from, but there are also some ppl whose biggest struggle is texting back. And if you have some ppl like that in your life, it might be worth asking what kind of communication is best for them. Personally, calling and catching up in person (ie: friend texts me to ask when I can hang, and we do most of our talking in person), or even voice notes over text is much less stressful and tense imo. Anyways, just thought I'd share a different perspective even if you probs won't see this... 😅 Love you Charlotte, stay awesome!! 🥰❤

Yep, its every generation! LOL! I am 60 and it has been happening since I was old enough to date. LOL! The last 30 years have been the worst. That is why I don't date and I am happily single, alone and free. Nothing like not having not to worry about a cheater in your life. I love myself more than that drama.

I'm that "Unavailable" right now.... I left my phone in bed to sleep this morning, so it has been up there for hours. I'm also "Unavailable" most of the week, I leave it in the car while working and sometimes forget to bring it in at night.

Me too! I love being "unavailable". I have a landline with an answering machine... if someone needs to get a hold of me... they can leave a message. I don't need to be glued to my phone/tablet/computer 24/7... I got better, more fun things to do! But watching Charlotte is one of those fun things!

I agree with the chat messenger, I can’t do more than two or I get anxiety beyond the max. I don’t know how folks have the memory, patience or energy to do it let alone to do it to cheat.

My husband works in a secure area. He is not allowed to have any electronics anywhere in the area. So yeah there is a way to not be available. However, he calls regularly to check in on us and I can email him (work email) and he will call as soon as he gets it. The major difference is I trust him.
Right? Like I'm sorry but no not everyone is reachable 24/7. Some people don't even have cell phones. I don't have service on mine I use a free internet based texting app so my phone only works if I'm on wifi. When I leave my house I am unreachable. Sometimes I go hiking out in the woods all day, or I go out shopping with my mom. Definitely completely normal to not be able to reach someone for a few hours.
This was something my insecure abusive ex used to manipulate me about. Got to the point that I couldn't do anything at all because he needed constant communication throughout the day. Even when he was at work I wasn't able to do anything for myself. Like literally I couldn't watch a stream/movie or take a nap or go to bed early or go hiking, even going out grocery shopping with my mom he would constantly accuse me of cheating/lying. It was exhausting. DON'T DATE INSECURE PEOPLE! IT WILL NOT GET BETTER!

@Joan-Elise Butler yes, you can have what used to be called manic-depressive disorder and BPD (borderline personality disorder) at the same time. There are very few things you CAN'T have at the same time. hell, you can have conflicting disorders like Autism and ADHD at the same time. You could even have OCD, too.
@@cheshirenevande4701 autism and ADHD are actually very commonly co-morbid and share a good few symptoms. They’re not as different as people think ☺️
