    Great info. And you deliver it thoroughly and plainly. Looking for my first load this week on a non cdl hotshot with 32 ft trailer. Loads disappear fast on tbe board and mostly partials. First couple of days, havent able to book anything. Partly because of new authority and some just go fast. How about a video about when you booked the first load ? or better first week.

    As always, great video. It would be a good idea to make a video on how to deal with the sleepiness while driving, and the loneliness 🤔?

      That completely depends on how you drive and how you want to use your vehicle.

    Quick question can you use a single car trailer to haul freight. Like a 8x20 with the fenders.

    Hello sir I have a question. New to hot shoting and just trying to do everything right
    On that trailer how much pay load can you haul ?
    Is it the total 9990 lbs or is that the total weight= load +plus trailer weight to total 9990 .
    Another words how much net weight can you haul on that trailer you mentioned?

    How do you like the dovetail? Do you drag it a lot? Would you recommend that or a straight deck?

    • @shipleytransport3211
      @shipleytransport3211  Před 2 lety

      So the dovetail is low and it’s scraped a couple times. Just have to be mindful of the approach and departure angles. As far as a recommendation, it really depends on what you plan to haul. The dovetail does weigh more but makes loading vehicles and equipment a LOT easier.

      If your insurance guy doesn't already know what type of insurance you need, you might have the wrong insurance guy.
