I ABSOLUTELY want the next SE to be a Mini with current specs. We want the Mini!
Wait isn't LMG the company where girls are called slurs and harassed
@@JokeswithMitochondria yup
@@JokeswithMitochondria true but we all are addicted to consuming content so we don't care about ethics
lots of fuss is made about the mini from a loud minority and then when it comes out, almost nobody buys it. time and time again. for the most part people don't want tiny phones anymore.
@@eris9508people are stupid, most of them dont even know mini exists 😂 and when i show them mine, they are like "wow thats so comfy"
This is one of the only LMG channels where I actually feel compelled to watch it and not just listen.
This channel, you can feel that everything is polished even before they talk about their reform stuff
Host has a resume that contains a lot of on-location and public-interest broadcasting/interviews. And it shows. Location shoots and visual narratives are well honed. Love to see it.
yes totally have never seen this comment before
Feels more connected.
Yeah
If a 13 mini-shaped iPhone SE can also feature a USB-C connector would be a instant buy for me. Have been holding a 12 mini for 3 years and I am constantly annoyed whenever I holds someone else's phone that is SO heavy.
my 14 pro max is so heavy in my pockets and in some shorts i just can’t wear because if i put my phone in my pocket they literally just wanna fall off. i had a se 2 and i miss that you couldn’t even tell it was in your pocket.
@@johnpoe3012 have the same problem with my 13 Pro but I wouldn't "downgrade" to a phone without 120Hz display (it just feels smoother), maybe the 15 Pro is an option but for that I need to feel the weight (specwise it's about 20g lighter)
@@johnpoe3012wear proper fitting shorts
I'm only considering the iPhone 15 because the Lightning port on my 12 mini hasn't worked for a year and the prospect of USB-C (even nerfed on non-certified accessories 🙄) would make my life so much easier.
The second they make a mini/SE with USB-C, I'd switch back to the smal boi.
I’m going to trade my 13 mini for a 15 pro. The minis battery life is just not great and I do miss having the telephoto lens.
I like that the upgrades each year are so minor. It means I can keep using my old phone for longer without feeling FOMO.
True, i was excited about upgrading my 7 to the 12 but so far the phones dont seem very different than before
I have a Galaxy S21 Ultra and each generation after has seemed not that impactful. Honestly, upgrading from my OnePlus 7 Pro to the Galaxy didn't feel like a big upgrade. I'm not as much of a phone gamer as I used to be. To me now, good battery life and charging faster would be more appreciated than more performance.
One reason I don't need to upgrade is because I broke my S21 Ultra 2 or 3 times which means the battery is practically brand new.
These days people don’t tend to upgrade every year, so the incremental benefits make sense when upgrading over several generations.
@@HAFBeast91
You can keep your S21 Ultra for another 3 to 4 years before you will start to see dips in performance and battery life in my opinion. I recently upgraded from a 5 year old Galaxy Note 9 to the S23 and only now it feels like a decent bump in all regards - camera, batter, performance, screen brightness.
To be honest, my Note 9 would have probably survived another year if I really wanted it. I am planning to keep my S23 for at least 5 years again, because I feel like only then the small annual updates add up to justify spending over 1000$ on a phone.
No, it’s boring
MKBHD's annual blind camera test is proof that the best camera isn't what we expect them to be. So as long as you're in flagship territory, it will be good enough.
Exactly. i use my note 20 ultra. yes it's like 3 years old, and probably not the greatest, but it works, and it's good enough to get to grips with some of the more advanced features, such as the raw output and the 108MP mode. Until the Fold surpasses my Note in usefulness to my specific kind of use case, i'm staying here. The iphone... Meh, annual iterative updates that, if this video is anything to go by, won't get used and these people will only be upgrading because it is new, not necessarily that it is better.
@@jackhemsworth7515 You got that right. I never understood the iPhone is the best camera hysteria amongst the tech community. To me, the best camera is still a dedicated DSLR or mirrorless. Those take photos heaven and earth better than the best smartphones.
Currently on a Galaxy A52s and once I edit my photos people can't even tell what phone it came from.
@@jackhemsworth7515and it has an internal SD card support
Love that I am not the only one missing the iPhone mini. It was the whole reasons I switched from android and it’s killing me that they haven’t brought it back. Keep it up Johnathan, hopefully Apple will us though you!
Only reason why my 12 mini will never get upgraded until they bring it back
Now Android companies, please give us a smaller phone I am back to Android from my 12 mini in no time if you do.
1:26 I'm with Sarah on this. My phone goes immediately into an opaque case and nobody can ever see which color the phone is so it's rather pointless to care about the color of the case. I usually just get the gray or black one. The only reason I got the gold one last time was because when I went to upgrade the space gray one was back-ordered and I could get the gold one right away.
It’s always cool to see MAC address working with the whole team, and it’s interesting just to see what non-Apple users think of an actually kinda good upgrade this year
id have an iphone if the UK didnt leave the EU (sideloading). cant go back to ads on my phone.
what are, in your point of view, the good upgrades this year?
@@m41-a28 yup being a bri’ish person myself I really am a bit scared abt this
@@Fuskpreto action button, USB-C, 48MP for non pro, dynamic island, no price bumps except for pro max, that’s just a few of mine
@@WillUlt1mate112x max brightness for base, pro focal length options, the new portrait/depth feature with afterfocus, 4k60 ProRes and external recording and the reduce of emissions through various things. It’s not the biggest stuff but it’s quite nice and I’ll prob upgrade from the 12 to the 15 mac
For me, I've switched to a "run it into the ground until I have to upgrade" mentality with smart phones, whereas I used to be on a every 2 years cycle (back when it was the numbered / S cycle), whereas now 5-6 years seems to be my sweet spot. So the feature I'm looking forward to the most is "everything since the X" coupled with it not being on its last legs.
Or to be less glib, USB-C will be very nice, as I can finally start retiring the lightning cables, and I'm going to be on Safari next year, so whilst I plan to use a decent DSLR, in a pinch the 15 Pro Max will make a worthy backup. Gaming only really interests me if I can use a controller / mirror on a TV (preferably over USB-C), in which case I could absolutely see myself using that, as I'm very much into handheld / tv hybrids (Steam Deck / Switch are my main gaming platforms currently), so a third pillar would be great.
Same, but mine usually only last 2-3 years. I’m in construction so my stuff gets beat up
same too, but when I upgrade I usually get a used 3 4 year old model so when it dies it will be a completely dead
8 9 year old phone lol
my i7 bought 2 yrs before it was ditched is still doing well, battery down to 82%, would make Grade A refurbished!
As to Cameras' I am on the fence being a traditional Camera and lens photographer. I still believe the bigger the lens the better the quality, I can't see ( I know its AI and that) how a camera lens 4mm across can be so good.

honestly, if they actually allow sideloading next year, i'm happy to go back to iPhones
Write to your Congress representative!
lol@@macaddress
@@macaddress I'm sorry but I disagree. I specifically buy iPhones and recommend them to my family to avoid sideloading. Personally, I prefer the walled garden approach for my mobile devices that I use for tons of financial activity. I'm tech support for multiple families so anything I can do to reduce IT security issues is helpful. If someone wants that level of customization, they should get an Android phone which ultimately has better hardware much of the time. I own macbooks, windows machines and deploy my code to Solaris so I'm capable of dealing with my own IT security as needed.
@@jothammcmillan8854 the cool thing about sideloading is you can choose NOT to do it. Adding sideloading makes everyone happy and will build a better platform with better apps and will hopefully makes the app store more competitive.
@@jothammcmillan8854the fun thing about stuff like sideloading is that you don't have to do it :) It's actually incredibly hard to do accidentally most of the time. Just because you do not want something doesn't mean others shouldn't have the option. Just saying.
Really miss the mini option.
The dream would be a Pro Mini.
There is a Pro Mini Mac though lol
If there was a Pro Mini iPhone (that still had the 3 cameras) that'd be the one I'd go for!
i have been saying this for so long. I had the 14 pro max, traded it for a 13 mini, I miss the 48 megapixel, but the convenience of having a phone you can use with one hand, carry it in a pocket no problem, being able to actually sit without having to constantly remove the phone from my pocket, being able to tie my shoes without having to ask my girlfriend to hold my phone so I can tie my shoes is just so much better. Mini pro all the way, this thing could cost 1.5k and only have the pro cameras I would grab it in an instant
I would shell out damn good money for a pro mini right now. I'm small and have small hands. One of the reasons I chose apple is that my Samsung note was getting too big and I wanted something smaller...it seemed phones were only getting bigger.
I absolutely love how every MAC address video is so completely different. I am usually reluctant to watch them because I usually don’t care much about the topic, but I never regret it. It is some how always fresh.
I don't own a single Apple product but this is becoming my favourite LMG channel. I love your style of videos.
That little dig in the outro - I appreciated that. And this channel! I enjoy LTT, but this is a great addition with its relaxed pace, tone & host!
THIS is what we’ve all been waiting for!
I absolutely adore the video style of this channel. Good work.
Brilliant and fun video, nice to se input from other staff.
As much as I love the live presentations, I don't think they'll return to doing them simply because they are saving way too much time and they don't have to fear any live mistakes.
Probably the best event coverage of all the channels i have watched
On the stage : only Steve have all the entire ball of every Apple bosses to present it LIVE. Steve interacted, getting the satisfaction of applauds and eye to eye contact that moved you.
Remember, “none” of them now bosses have that thing, both balls and the courage itself. 😅
I realize they didn't mention this because it doesn't exist but the moment there is usable blood pressure tracking on an Apple Watch, I'm buying that ASAP. There is already lots of great features but that would be the killer app for my needs.
Absolutely agree with the sentiment on the Mini. I love the Mini formfactor, and no amount of extra power or functionality is going to make me change my mind on that. I will happy take the lower specked, lower priced Minis over the behemoths of the other versions every single time. For me phones have had more then enough power to do everything that I need for a long time now, so bigger phones with more powerful tools, and subsequently a higher price tag and bad ergonomics is completely pointless. Apple had best bring back the Mini before my 13 Mini dies, or I'm very likely to be switching to an Android that gives me the formfactor I love.
For me coming from a iPhone 12 that’s going to upgrade to a iPhone 15 pro max. I’m just glad that I can use usb-c a lot more from my power bank to my charger. Honestly feels great
it's cool that they have usb c now, but it's not enough for me to surrender my 13 mini. ive had way less phone anxiety (in terms of dropping it and forgetting it) since i switched to a smaller device. honestly dont understand how people can carry a 7 inch slab with them. my first tablet was 7 inches
I would kill to get a series of old Mac reviews like the G4 Cube a bit like “20 Macs for 2020”
It doesn't happen often, but I have had to push buttons on my watch with my nose before if my other hand is carrying stuff or if I'm riding my bike etc. so I think the gesture thing will be handy to have in certain situations. That being said, I am sticking with my Ultra 1 for another couple of years.
You can enable gestures like that on older models, and a greater variety of gestures too. Try them out, they work really well!
Watch App > Assistive Touch (turn it on) > Hand Gestures (turn it on and choose gestures)
Big thing with the iPhone 15 Pro is the USB-C and I'm planning to do a big overhaul of my daily driver mini flashlight and battery bank that are old but work to be USB C so I can do the one charge port to rule them all. With giving the mini/micro USB things to relatives. Having used the XR while I miss the phone size of the 5S I'm willing to accept it for high speed plug-in transfer and one cord to rule them all.
Moving fully to the dynamic island also triggers the death knell for the 'chin' versions as it's now going to be a noticeable factor for older phones
I’ve been using iPhones since the 3g, iPads since the first gen, and Macs for over 20 years. It should say something that I’m seriously beginning to look at the Pixel line of android devices as my next phone.
Yea they’re being too arrogant. Usbc and some titan bs as selling point and new iOS with not one interesting feature. It was not always like that.
Lol the opposite of my comment. Been using Android since the 5s but switching to the 15 pro. Just something else after all these years I guess...
You bring hope packaged in a sharply produced, smoothly delivered quality video! I have a 13 Mini and I will ride this phone all the way into a volcano unless they bring out a mini update.
As someone that works in a factory, a mini iPhone is so nice. Mass kills glass, and even in a fully enclosed case with a screen protector my iPhone X cracked like an egg. I've Dropped my 12 Mini several times and never even flinched. I also run a glass protector under the plastic protector on a fully enclosed case. The thing is almost indestructible.
Of all the contents LMG needed to revisit due to recent events, Mac Address has the least need and is on the highest baseline. It was already polished and well made
well, ofc. macaddress publishes more or less 3 videos per month while the others vomits videos..
@@nankinink Right, in addition to having less people touch every video. They're essentially a lower-volume channel that happens to also be owned by LMG.
Using the Mini chassis to create a $500 or less SE is such an obviously great idea Apple won’t do it.
For all of us who are happy to be a generation or two (or more) behind it’s a perfect device when we need an upgrade. It also makes the small phone people happy- there seems to be a lot of overlap between these two groups.
I'm happy about the storage upgrade. I got the 256 11 pro max over the 128gb and I'm glad I don't have to think about storage this time around.
The zoom on the pro-max is a huge selling point for me. I use my zoom all the time. Between sports and a cat who doesn't like his photo taken. I take from distance a lot.
The USB-C is great, but honestly wasn't something I cared about. My Airpod Pros are still lightning and I'm not buying a 2nd pair just to get C so I still need one of those cables around.
been waiting for dis vid
I need an iphone 15
I like the produced videos but I’m a video nerd and always love to see their creative high end touches
This is the first time in a while that I can't see any reason to upgrade from the prior model. For people who charge wirelessly, the Lightning port wasn't being used anyway. The camera was already amazing. They should have called this one iPhone 14s and returned to a naming convention that reflects the tick-tock release cycle.
As soon as the 15 was announced i swapped my 12 pro max for a 13 mini, as i was waiting for the price to drop. Hopefully the SE will get the mini design in the future, as i really don't like big phones anymore. I'm intending a small phone and an ipad mini to be my daily drivers in the near future, and considering how uninteresting the upgrades have been for a few years now i'll have zero incentives to buy the new flagships. I'm glad they added the action button though, that seems like it's going somewhere decent so long as it's sufficiently customisable.
Feeling the new dew broski!
I’m happy to see so much love for the mini iPhones in the comments.
I think last year had a lackluster lineup of base models, but exciting Pro models. And this year it’s vice versa, especially for smaller models. Upgrade from 14 Pro to 15 Pro will give you a 10% CPU performance boost, thinner bezels, and USB-C. And the new ultra wide band chip. The real upgrade is camera on Pro Max, but for me and many people I know, the size is not comfortable. Upgrading from any base model to 15 will be a big jump, but upgrading from 14 Pro seems not at all worth it, better to wait for 16 Pro.
Part of that is the base models this year incorporating a lot of the pro stuff from last year
The next se being in the mini formfactor would seriously get me to consider switching to iphone. The se has always been the iPhone that grabs my attention but I can't go from a nice almost bezel less screen to the current giant forhead and chin of the iphone se
Still rocking my iPhone 12 mini and I'm still really happy with it. Merging the iPhone SE and Mini series would be super cool but I don't think Apple will do it. I'm making a qualified guess that the iPhone SE has a bigger profit margin than the Mini.
The iPhone 15 Pro is interesting to me but I will stick with my 12 mini until I actually need to upgrade and that's gonna be a few more years.
For a tech company like LTT I’m surprised they don’t just give everyone a couple hours off and host a massive watch party. It’s educational if nothing else and if they’re not already watching it (which they probably are) someone’s going to have to take the time out of their day to catch them up on the info anyway.
My two cents is as follows:
1) USB C is fine, since you finally get a universal charging, but unless you get the Pro iPhone, you don't use the full potential of the standard and are still boged on USB 2 data transfer speeds (which are like 23 years old by now and are the same as lightning)
2) Gaming on an iPhone will *not* be a thing. While the chipset might have the specs to run Resident Evil 4, it has one giant flaw - pasive cooling, so the game might run just fine for 5 minutes, but then the chipset will thermal throttle and your fps will drop significantly (possibly to single digit numbers). In adition to that, if you hold the phone in your hands, you'll get 2nd degree burns after 10 minutes of gameplay.
3) Yes! Even non-pro iPhones now have a 48 Mpx camera, something which even the mid-range android phones had for like 3 years now. Not to mention my Xiaomi phone (which costs about a 1/3 of the iPhone 15) has a 108 Mpx camera...
4) iPhone Pro gets a 5x zoom, yes, but it is digital zoom, which means the phone just crops the image so it appears to be zoomed, but you loose the pixels
5) The pro is now made from titanium, hooray! It's lighter and more durable... But drop your iPhone literally 0,1 mm from the ground and you'd still break your screen, at which point, unless you fix it yourself, you're better off by buying a new iPhone, because Apple's repair costs are astronomical.
6) You get a new, superfast chipset, but realistically, you will use 15% of it's capability, because all you do on your phone is you call people, you message people and occasionally watch a youtube video.
All in all, Apple is making a big deal about "new" features, but they are really nothing new (like the double tap on the new watch, which has been there for 2 years) and most of them have major downsides, which render them at best ineffective or downright unusable. If you are a sheep and buy a new iPhone just because it's new and you gotta have the latest one, then you migt be satisfied with it, but looking deeper into the "new" features and understanding, that they are not actually a revolutionary breakthrough as Apple would want them to be, you know it's not that great.
Imo, unless you have an iPhone 10 or older, you don't really need to get the new one.
Much appreciation for the “rather just use an actual camera” reaction to the phone camera improvements.
When they have the money for that, nice. I for example cant afford a Pro iPhone and especially not an additional camera, so used 250€ iPhone XS it is for me. When the phone was 4 years old already.
Same. The camera nonsense is always just zoom and megapixel bragging. People love to have their 200mp images from their Samsung so they can post it to Instagram. People that print are usually using actual cameras.
It's quite obsolete opinion imho. How often do you have an actual camera on hand when in life? I own a DSLR camera with various lenses and i used it once in the last 3 years and I have traveled over 20 times...not to mention festivals and other events. You cant bring your camera everywhere and You really have to plan it in advance. Defeats its purpose.
@@zeus1117 i have it with me every day. I get some of my best street shots when I’m driving to and from work with my camera. It is even converted for full spectrum so i can shoot infrared.
@@zeus1117 I'm a pro photographer and I totally agree. 95% of the time I'd rather pull out my phone and take some casual shots than use any of my Canon cameras, even if I'm carrying said camera with me. It's purely because of workflow and convenience. Even cameras with wifi / bluetooth built in it's still a faff using proprietary apps, then have to open the raw file in a portable PS / Lightroom. It's just a faff. Of course for work, I'll always use an actual camera, but everything else is on my phone.
Apparently the Apple watch double touch gestures already exist with existing generation watches. Through the Accessibility menu, called assistive touch
And I use it all the time on a Series 7 for interacting with notifications one-handed. Works quite well, actually. Never understood why Apple forced people to enable Assistive Touch nonsense to be able to access the gestures.
I would have liked to hear gaming opinions from more of the LMG staff, but otherwise, loved the video!
Would you buy a gaming monitor with a hole in it?
Understandable, have a nice day.
I love the husband FaceTime appearance 😂❤
btw just to be exact, it’s 480 Mbps not mbps 😉
Glad I'm not the only one missing the keynotes
The apple campus bits are visually appealing, and definitely helps to switch things up. But I think using that to help showcase things or allow someone to present who might not be available on the day to breakup the constant stage performance would be good.
Also I think some kind of lottery for apple users to win a trip to the next event would be a great way to boost loyalty and incentivise android users to switch.
Personally though I'm sticking to android. If I switched to ios I'd just be jailbreaking it again, and I miss the days of the jailbreakme site
People are complaining that there was nothing new about the design
meanwhile I am just glad they didn't remove anything _(starting another horrible trend in the process)_

@@shepherd6692why not? The button does the exact same and even has haptic feedback to distinguish from turning it on or off
@@tjadejohYou can feel in which position a switch is and know exactly if the setting it’s linked to is on or off. That’s impossible with a button.
@@skirata3144 but you can just press the button and feel if it is on or off. It takes the same time if not a sec longer but it gives you way, way more posibilities. And you can still switch it on or off without looking or even when it is in your pocket
Honestly I was left a little disapointed by the event. After the Apple Watch announcement, i was eagerly awaiting more local Siri functionality, for other devices. Yes, I know it offers SOME of that already, but not much, and I'd love to see it expanded. The day I can talk out a message, set a timer, or manage my (local) calendar, without a ping to Apple's servers would be great. As for USB-C... It's nice, but I don't think I need to upgrade my 13 Pro... maybe in another 2 years, if this tic-toc cycle continues.
What do y’all do at your work place? It looks like such a cool occupation.
Something I feel you forgot to mention - the iPhone 15 does now have USB-C, however it only runs at USB 2.0 speeds (up to 480Mb/s). That's a 20 year old standard. Odds are that's because it has the last-gen chip in it which didn't have a USB 3 controller on it. The iPhone 15 Pro does run at USB 3 speeds, up to 10Gb/s.
I want to see the return of the Apple Watch (non-ultra) with the titanium case and sapphire glass. I have a series 6 with that spec and it still looks like new with no scratches. I use it while working on cars, drywalling, at the beach, you name it and it is very durable. My wife has a standard 6 and it noticeably scratched up.
I love Mac Address’s “what do you think” and “am I crazy” bits.
Leather, when sourced properly is one of the most sustainable materials available. Provided it is naturally finished it breaks down when disposed of yet lasts as long as you need it. Its the ideal material from the standpoint of cradle to grave design. I dont understand why it gets a bad wrap!
There is a design difference , the edges have been smoothed over for a more pleasurable user experience. And USB C was a change, and a new wide ban chipset.
As an Samsung user, the change to USB C alone was enough to put the iPhone in my radar for an upgrade.
I think the camera is more important than people think, I purchased my promax 14 because of the camera and it has been great. You can use the cameras depth-sensing technology, for measuring spaces to make plans, if you’re an interior, architect, estate agent, model, maker, artist. I use my camera a lot to scanning documents and to quickly reformat them. And I often take photos of document as reminders or to add to notes so better stabilisation and better 3-D scanning is great. I just wish they would put the best cameras on the regular pro as well. As I prefer a slightly smaller screen. Also, I always have believed that if you’re buying a pro phone to do work on the phones. They should start at 512 gigs. because one minute video can take one gigabyte of data so if you film or take photos and still want to listen to music. You are are better off with local storage. I don’t understand why pro phones and iPad Pro don’t just start at 512 GB. I think it’s Apple fixing the prices to make it look like there’s no inflation rather than that. I’m doing the right thing by starting the iPhone onto 256 GB. But it should be 512 GB, and then they decide the price.
Great video and only LMG channel I still watch. 👍
Didn’t know lmg only had 2 members of staff, crazy stuff
the XS is still getting the latest upgrades and it's five years. I've only had my phone for a year and a half so maybe another 3 - 4 years then I'll upgrade my 13 Pro.
As somebody who was hoping that the mini was on its way in the next batch. and somebody who has a mini it has one distinct advantage lighter weight part of that because it's smaller part of that because I don't need a bigger phone when I have an iPad as well. I'm also holding off on upgrading even though USB-C would be amazing, but alas not on the mini.
Only thing I’d ever upgrade my 13 mini for is a new SE with the mini form factor and usb-c
USB-C transfer for pictures and videos is a very very niche feature. Absolutely no one would use that if they have iCloud (and it’s even on PC). Or Airdrop if you have a Mac. Except if they film in Dolby Vision RAW, be pros. So I understand why it’s not on the regular iPhone.
It’s just better to charge your phone when you forget your cable at your friend’s house. Or they don’t have QI chargers.
I think that’s pretty much why people will change their iPhone for: convenience.
As for myself, I’m very impressed by the Titanium with no additional price hike, the 120mm zoom (which I very much like), the ability to have different lens and the 48Mpix camera (I have a 13 Pro). Thanks now that I won’t struggle when forgetting my usb cable, and I do love the gesture on the watch.
Heres how i feel about the camera. As all photographers know, the brst camera is the camera you have with you. And i know that this canera is definitely going to be better than my pixel 4a
What are the features we will be getting for iphone 20😅
"A 15 normal" lol, that got me!
super cool hair, jonathan! love it!
I don't miss the live/stage events at all and I hope they never come back. The new format is awesome and feels like watching a movie!
If I had an iPhone 14 Pro, I wouldn’t be upgrading, however from my 12 Pro to a 15 Pro Max, now that’s worth the upgrade (to me).
Though I was hoping the SE 4 came out with an iPhone Mini shell. Combine that with an iPad Mini (same combined price as the 15 Pro Max).. and that was my hope gone for this year.
Sarah Butt with the hot takes!
I have a blue 12 Pro. Was a nice change from my previous black iphones all the time.
What was the game at the very end?
Not gonna lie I am compelled. I dived into apple for the first time in a decade with the 13 and honestly loved it. Funny enough the gaming capabilities of the 15 pro is what excites me the most. I play all the hoyoverse gacha games and even with the A15 bionic they chug at times. So the A17 Pro looks like it will be a major step up in that regards. Plus I want the bigger screen.
I will definitely try to get a iPhone 15 Pro, but in Germany that are so expensive
1199€ 🙃
Tech is really what always shows me the price difference between us and eu - the euro is worth more PLUS more taxes at same number..
I wonder how good of a video camera the 15 Pro Max would be with external SSD recording, external power, and a mag safe fan. Like could it be a legit CZcamsr camera with the right rig/cage/case?
I am getting the 15 Pro (upgrading from a launch 11 Pro). I was thinking about getting the 15 - would have been enough for me - but Apple does not include the AoD feature on it and after having it for years before my 11 Pro on Android, I wanted it back so I go with the 15 Pro. I was really pissed about the leather case though, I have two for my 11 Pro and they are the nicest and most comfortable to hold 🥲 Maybe You can do a leather case review from 3rd parties PLS
Not even a apple user but this channel is worth to watch 👌
I might switch from my fold to an iphone with this change, for sure if apple makes a decent folding phone
I would have traded my 14 Pro in for a 13 mini if it was still in the lineup. Fingers crossed the next SE is in the mini form factor. I definitely miss that size from my old 12 mini.
I left Apple after having 5S, then Original SE (based on 5S) for Pixel 2XL. I wanted the best photos and Android was ahead in a lot of things that i liked such as widgets. Then went to a Pixel 5, and have been waiting for Apple to have AOD and USBC. I was excited when they dropped AOD kinda outta nowhere, and knew USB C was coming since EU stuff. Apple investing so much into widgets and adding them to lockscreen makes leaving android even easier tbh. I'll miss somethings, but most of it can be added to iphone if u want to make it happen. Apple is close enough in photos that it really won't matter, and Video they also have top 1a/1b whereas Pixel typically lacks great video.
How critical are LMG employees on apple?
YES
I just had to check when usb3 standard came out, it was the same year the iPhone 3g was released in 2008. It's ridiculous how many devices, not just Apple are still on the 2 standard.
I do miss the 3GS, still think it's the best looking and most comfortable iPhone Apple have made.
The watch gestures are very reminiscent of the gestures for their AR headset...
ThankYOU Eu
The titanium frame actually makes the phone easier to crack.
I also want the live ones to come back. These infomercials were good and wow😮 at the beginning but now, they’re overstaying.
I really like my 13 pro right now with the shiny frame and sharp edges, so ill keep mine till I feel like upgrading
I honestly might actually get the new iphone as i like the new stuff like the camera and macro button
I notice there are no more Product (RED) on iPhone 15 line up
Could you cover this topic on the next video please?
If not for the camera, why would you switch from a 13 mini to the 15?
I’m currently using a 13 Pro-I upgraded from the XS. Last year, I couldn’t care less about the 14-the improvements are so incremental there’s no need to upgrade every year. Now that it’s been 2 years, and my battery health is at 87%, they’re starting to tempt me. That USB-C and massively better camera are the big temptations for me. That said, I’ll probably wait until the reviews start coming out and see if it’s actually a big enough upgrade to be worth it.
I also have the 13 pro and looking to upgrade to a 15 pro. My battery is also at 88% so that’s also another reason so I’m in the same boat as you. USB C would help to streamline my devices and cables. And then realistically the upgrades I would look forward to would be the camera and the brighter screen ( I don’t game on my phone to use the new GPU performance)
Spending 1000 dollars on a new phone because battery got a bit degraded and a killer fckin feature - usbc is all that is wrong with this economy and Apple
bro just wait another year😂. maybe they’ll finally have a zoom lens on the base model
My favorite LTT show
Surely now that all the main phones have the “dynamic island” we get a 13mini with the a16 and maybe just one rear camera as a SE model.
5:58 "I feel like it's handy" 😅
This video was great
That is what I was thinking. The SE should use the Mini form factor.
