    Njan 5000 steps daily nadakum. Apol ekadesham 120 calories okke burn akull.. and it takes 1 hr. But it's really good.. will do it👍 and I was in search of workout without much jumping. Its really good

    Why chechi ? Even after 30 minutes its only showing this . But I feel too exhausted after doing this.
