Hiii chechiii….njan first okkeee ithu cheyyumboooo I used to get soooo tired as in I felt like stoping it in middle ….now it’s beeen around 1 month I started doing this workout and it has become sooo and soooo easy for me now ….I do sweat but I don’t feel like stopping in between and it is a very effective workout ….thank you chechi ❤ and iam loosing weight 😄

It was too difficult for me to do initially after 14 days after doing all your hiit n Tabata.. this is the more easier one.i usually combine your 2 hiit together bcz it's worth doing..burns more calorie... No need to jump more ..but more effective too
