    Hiii chechiii….njan first okkeee ithu cheyyumboooo I used to get soooo tired as in I felt like stoping it in middle ….now it’s beeen around 1 month I started doing this workout and it has become sooo and soooo easy for me now ….I do sweat but I don’t feel like stopping in between and it is a very effective workout ….thank you chechi ❤ and iam loosing weight 😄

    It was too difficult for me to do initially after 14 days after doing all your hiit n Tabata.. this is the more easier one.i usually combine your 2 hiit together bcz it's worth doing..burns more calorie... No need to jump more ..but more effective too

    I did daily one hour walking + this tabata hitzz for 1 week .. Honestly I have reduced 2 kgs ( I tried many things before , even I tried egg diet but my weight was stubborn) Trust me guyzz it really works

    ( not following any specific diet or something, jst quitted sugar consumption)
    Current weight : 51.1
    Day 5 🥲 so lazy to do the work... I'm keep procrastinating, hopefully i will do it in the evening
    And also I'm a foodie who lovess sweet and spicess.. Quitting sugar made me low energy levels yesterday and even though i didn't eat sugar.. I end up eating so much other fooods😭
    But its ok.. I will try not to repeat 🤍
    Day 5 update i need to honest i didn't workout and i ate a lots of chocolate
    Bt I'm not going to quit..
