Needed some new nippers as my Master Tool set were starting to be a little coarse even after adjustment so this was a timely review. Went for the blue set. Very pleased as they cut really well and you hardly need any clean-up afterwards. Quite often just one swipe with a sanding stick did the job.

I've been using my Tamiya sprue cutters for some six years now and they still work well. How would you say the Stedi cutters compare to the Tamiya? It's the smallest of the Tamiya cutters (around 11mm long).

$30 in the US for the cheaper pair, almost $50 for the more expensive one. Umm. I’ve been using $15 craftsmen wire cutters from Home Depot for the past 15 years and they have yet to fail me.
