    Shaheedaji thanks for such detailed information. Making the most of this lockdown by learning pranayam from you. Please do an online session also for us. Would be of great help. Also how many times minimum should each pranayam be done for it to be effective. Thanks 🙏🙏

    Very reasonable and understandable sequence but one point creating confusion. Bhramari should be done before Anulom-vilom because Anulom-vilom is the most pacifying pranayam

    Wonderful Explanation and correct sequence of all 10 Pranayamas, It is requested to make a guided video with audio timer/counting sequence with actual practice, duration of 40-60 minutes to practice with guided voice and closed eyes, since its more effective with closed eyes, such type of video is not available on youtube

    Every expert advice to do meditation in bahram muhurat which is always before 5AM. If we will do asan and pranayam before meditation then we have to start by 3 am which is not possible for everyone. Please clarify the sequence
