    शाहीदामेम,सूर्यभेदन प्राणायाम मुझे बहोत अच्छा लगा।मैं अनुलोम-विलोम करता था। ये करने से मेरा डायाबीटीस नील हो (मीट) गया।अब मुझे कब्ज बहोत है।इसीलिए मैं आपने बताये हुए योग करुंगा। मैं 70साल का हुं ।शक्ति नहीं है बस ये कमी दुर हो जाय ये आपसे
    दुआ करता हुं।अहमदाबाद-गुजरात से हुं।

    I have watched your video for pain in neck shoulders back and arms and I am impressed by it. I have this pain for last 40 years. I have undergone cervical leminactomy about 1 year back but there is no relief in my an. Now the expert says it is muscular pain.I am 84 years of age. Please advise me if I can try exercises suggested by you even at this age?
