Are these 8 limbs a guideline for one to follow in his lifetime/ lifestyle or is it the order/ sequence to follow in your daily yog practice.
I wake up at 5am. What yama, niyama will I follow before I move on to do asanas followed by pranayama?
At 5am, I am able to focus better on pranayama because the world around me is quite. By 5:40am as I finish pranayama, the world around me is waking up, the traffic noise, the milkman ringing doorbell, family members waking up etc. lots of disturbance to do pranayama but quite k to continue doing asanas.

I practice pranayam in this order,
1. bhastrika [2]. kapal-bharti [3]. alom-vilom [4]. nadi- shodhan [5]. Bhramri
is it correct sequence???
Sometimes, in the morning between 4 a.m to 6 a.m , i don't feel about empty stomach. Still, i practice Alom-vilom, Bhramri and meditation. Is it correct, doing so???

For how much time asana and how much time pranayama should be done
Maximum time for doing asana and pranayama and ratio of time of doing actually I ama sugar patients for last ten years.how much time I should do ?
Approximately how much time should be spend on perfecting each stage ? Or do I just continue doing the first stage till I master it before moving to the next stage ? I mean do I continue/ practice ONLY asan-sidhdhi till I am able to sit in an asan for 3 hours ?
i would suggest do all three stages and progess in the respective stages.
