    Thank You very much for this video. To think about doing long rutines already make me not want to excercise, but with short videos like this one, it makes it easier to START and do 3 or 4 short different videos and get a good DAILY workout which is very important. Thank You again.

    Jump squats, will kill your knees. Better to jump separately and squat separately. Ask the doctor, he will confirm.
