Great watch, inspirational and emotional. Well done
I just signed up for the 2023 edition in Copenhagen, great video for starting the preparation! Well done :)
You perfectly described the mental fight a person goes during fulfilling his dream and the challenges he/she faces. I can see how well you have represented all of us! Good luck for your next dream!!
Nice one Adam! Great video! Have done a couple of 70.3s and really thinking of taking the plunge to go full and this is very inspiring
Just watched this on my long brick run. Such a great video and motivation. Thanks mate from aus. 🇦🇺
Congratulations Adam, a fantastic achievement. Enjoyed both this and the pre race video. While I can’t swim and don’t run very well I can relate to many of your comments having completed London Edinburgh London this year. The sacrifices during training, the effort required to keep going when things get tough, and the I’m not doing that again moment before you think, we’ll maybe I will 😁
Thanks for that video. I am preparing for my first one this year in Kalmar, Sweden.
Well Done!
Thanks for sharing!
I'm going to Copenhagen 2023 for my first rodeo! 😅
Can't wait'
Great video. Well done.
Thank you❤
Nice one mate. I did this race in 2022, was my first one too!
Will you get the iron man tattoo now? The M dot on your calf?
Would I be right in saying that to do a full Ironman, you need be at the level of ""Athlete"" fitness wise?? I've a full coming up next year, and that's the level of fitness I'm telling myself I have to be at- an "Athlete".
Had you done a 70.3 before ? 1 year of training is a lot
I had but about 4 years before. The training a year out wasn't very structured, just with an eye on the IM
What bike did you use ?
Its a Giant Propel Advanced 0
