I was there too. Almost DNF due to stomach issues on the run. My target was 11h30, but it didn’t happen. I will try again ;-)
hi Nuno, first of all congratulations on your finish. these hard races make you grow as an athlete, i am convinced you'll smash your target at some point. Are you racing Copenhagen again next year?
@@DanNoz No. Next year I'm thinking about IM Vitoria-Gasteiz. But first I need to fix my calf issues (actually it's a problem in my back, I'm waiting for the surgery, hopefully in October) which doesn't allow me to run for an entire training block. I don't want to train or do another IM in these conditions.

Dan Noz Hi, I’ll race IM Frankfurt and searching another long distance 6-8 weeks after (not to extend my season into September). Kalmar is sold out, so evaluating my options.

We do, the plan is to do staffs. I'm good but very busy at the moment as I've just moved up the Liverpool uni.
