This routine can be done at home, at the gym, or wherever you have access to a resistance band. You'll be feeling it the next day due to how effective this routine is. Remember, this triceps workout can be done as a 1-set finisher or multiple rounds for a full workout. Add on some serious lean muscle mass to those triceps with only a resistance band!!

For all you gym people, I've been going to the gym 6 days a week for a while now and doing Mikes intense workouts as 1 set finishers to burnout the muscle at the end (this is what he says he does) and this is by far the best I've ever felt. It shocks the muscle in a way no normal gym routine will do so the combo is legit. I'm getting huge and stronger!

Just started working out again after a diagnosis for Type 1 diabetes. Due to this I have lost a lot of muscle mass and am trying to get back to the shape I was in prior to my diagnosis. I am a smaller guy, 5'6'' and don't have the best genetics for muscle building but I love these videos (resistance band and free weights). My question is, how many sets should I be doing of these? Also, are resistance bands or free weights better for someone like me trying to get back in shape and get my muscle mass back quickly? Thanks

How do you position the bands with a door?
Hi mike another great video! Just wanna ask if it is possible to use ur tabata workouts as an actual routine rather than a finisher? So for example I may perform the entire exercise for 3 times as 3 sets?

I used box squats, being aware of your form and how you execute the movement is essential to a good squat, I also found putting small weights under my heels whilst squatting helped a little. If I remember correctly anterior pelvic tilt is when the hip flexors just shut down, it’s mostly just keeping that sitting back position I think, hope this helps

Can you post a complete workout, which includes warm up, exercise and stretch. All trainers usually include the exercise only. Tyr to include push ups and pull ups only which people can do in a park. Thanks buddy.

This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, czcams.com/users/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.
