    7:30 Eccentric phase, I step further away from the anchor point for more resistance. Just a foot, but it's definitely more challenging on the eccentric.

    Dave, first of all, congrats on the young one. This your first? Name?
    Second, my job really picks up in the summer, so I've had to cut my workout schedule down from 5 days a week to just 2. I just keep mixing up the workouts to make sure I hit all these muscles. This weekend was Discipline Dave weekend, so I did your chest and back workouts yesterday and the biceps and triceps today. I wanted to hit traps and forearm today, too, but I can't feel my arms. They look good, though. Ain't no jiggling going on here, no sir.
    Love to stay and chat, but I gotta go pose in front of the mirror. Then I'll walk by my wife, just casually showing off these guns. Might get a bonus cardio workout out of her.

    Great video dave. How important are warm up sets ? I usually get active stretches in my main muscles and get directly to exercise .

      It’s important to get the blood flow pumping into the muscle so when you do your real set, it’s all muscle building

    Had to watch a few times to get it right I made a mistake on the one arm ones I put the band on bottom of door thinking why is this so hard then realised it's more middle I kept thinking this bands to small

    Hey i dont have a secure source of income right now so i dont have any of that gym equipment but im trying to improvise by using 1.5litre bottles a dumbells is that ok or does it just slowdown all muscle development im still in my teens right now so i dont know

      Weight is weight, whether it's bottles, plates, or bands it doesn't matter. Putting in the effort is what counts. You might have to do more reps if the weight is a little too light for you, but it'll still get the job done. Any exercise is far better than none. There's many videos about homemade gym equipment using concrete or sand, or using unconventional stuff like sandbags, 5gallon buckets, etc. Basic pulley systems are cheap (if you have something to use for weight, even if just a 5gallon bucket full of sand), bands are cheap. Even without any of that, bodyweight squats, crunches, pushups, chinups, and pullups will take you far on their own. Equipment is nice and will help, but not having equipment won't stop you if you have determination.
