This routine can be done at home, at the gym, or wherever you have access to a resistance band. You'll be feeling it the next day due to how effective this routine is. It doesn't matter how many rests you take as long as you get back at it, finish strong, and do better the next time. Progression is everything and you will shock yourself by what you're capable of! Now go get them back gains with just a band aww yeahhhh :D
Does this replace a full normal back workout with normal weights. Or do you use this as a finishing workout.

I was wondering if you'd know a way to lose that lower belly fat, I was training but never saw it going it away so i gave up ower training just because of that, which is sad and a bad excuse. but it's just not motivating me if i can't lose that lower bellyfat. i tried eating less calories, like i did for weeks max 1000 calories a day, i lost wait quickly but not that bellyfat and also lost power... I have a treadmill but don't know if that can make it lose my lower belly fat. HIIT is kind of awkward to do, another bad excuse to not do that, sorry. tried cycling but also no great results... i'm lost on what do to... :-/
Fat loss is going to be most dependent on your caloric deficit and overall nutrition along with a hiit cardio regimen. Since lower belly is an area you want to focus on, I would also recommend a lot of ab and overall core work to help develop the area more. Keep in mind everyone stores body fat differently and everyone has an area on their body that is the last place the fat will burn which means you have to get to a very low body fat percentage to get the real results you want. Any truckers out there? I cant get a resistance band to stay midlevel so these exercises can be performed. Any advice welcomed
Maybe try to wrap it around a door handle, close the door on it, through window, tire, find a pole at a rest stop haha whatever way you can find that works best for you!
The extended high side downs aren't mechanically efficient. If it is a back workout the anchor point should be at the front. This way just promotes bad back posture.
Otherwise, good work out.
I was wondering the same thing and got this fast in the comments. It seemed odd that this exercise required us to face you opposite direction. Perhaps it works both ways.

In one of his videos (biceps) he mentioned to do these 5 min videos 3 times to get the full effect. I did it Friday and I’m still feeling the rip on my arms and it’s Monday afternoon now.

Extended high side down” feels like a chest fly exercise as there is no directional force that would necessitate back muscles to engage. What am I missing?
I see how it may appear that way but the primary activation in this exercise is the serratus posterior located deep near to the rhomboids. The resistance and tension created from the bands extension as you hold in the high side position utilizes these small back muscles as stabilizers and as you bring the band downward while holding that tension you hit them hard along with lat recruitment and other fine tune back muscles. Remember too, mind muscle connection is always essential especially at the end when the back is already fatigued 💪🏻

Bro, did you do both these back workouts on the same day? They are both terrible. I guess we have to waste our time watching your entire video first so we can prepare for the workout. Some of us are trying to save time. I would have done my normal back routine if I knew I was going to have to watch every video first because you don't want to let us know what we need to prepare for the workput prior to starting such as where to anchor the bands and such. Then you just jump into the next workout giving NO time for us to change our set up some of us are at home not a gym so we have to open a door, adjust the stopper, center the band, and by then you are already twenty seconds through the next workout. Seriously, think it through my guy. I just wasted so much time and energy on these two workouts, Thursday I willhave to really push myself I guess. Most certainly won't be doing any more of your back videos. I don't get it, your other band videos are great.
