Give version 2 of the intense 5 minute resistance band shoulder workout a try! You get a killer workout that hits the entire deltoid in only 5 minutes. This routine can be done at home, at the gym, or wherever you have access to a resistance band. You'll be feeling it the next day due to how effective this routine is. Remember, this shoulders workout can be done as a 1-set finisher or multiple rounds for a full workout. Add on some serious lean muscle mass to those shoulders with only a resistance band!!

And also Lats for that wide V shaped upper body
This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, czcams.com/users/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.
Thing I love about him is his passion and he doesn’t waffle on for ages about a load of shit he just jumps straight into it. Legend 💪🏻

And yes, you could use dumbbells instead and simulate the movement. Just keep in mind the resistance increases as you extend the band which is different from dumbbells so the intensity will vary!

i just wanted to thank you for your videos. I am a former bodybuilder/powerlifter and personal trainer coming back from a long lay off due to rotator cuff injuries (2 years). What I specifically like about this video is the way that you utilize the band for maximum effectiveness. SO underrated Resistance bands, builds muscle with tension strengths and improves cardio with lighter bands, best cost effective equipment goin anyone and everyone should have a couple at home. Mikes band workouts are great hit every muscle going.

Another insane routine

Hey man! thank you so much for the content. I've been using resistance bands for a month now and can't seem to see REAL progress in volume or mass. Muscles are still "soft" These are recommended for growth and definition?

I started doing full body, daily HST style workouts using these 5 minutes or so cycles for each body part and it shows great pump, visible from a distance after 3 days... Wonder if I can do twice daily, see if I can increase the resistance for a 6 week cycle and get real muscle mass on the frame. First I notice a tremendous increase in appetite, almost to the point of eating the cats food :D
