    Give version 2 of the intense 5 minute resistance band shoulder workout a try! You get a killer workout that hits the entire deltoid in only 5 minutes. This routine can be done at home, at the gym, or wherever you have access to a resistance band. You'll be feeling it the next day due to how effective this routine is. Remember, this shoulders workout can be done as a 1-set finisher or multiple rounds for a full workout. Add on some serious lean muscle mass to those shoulders with only a resistance band!!

    This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, czcams.com/users/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

    And yes, you could use dumbbells instead and simulate the movement. Just keep in mind the resistance increases as you extend the band which is different from dumbbells so the intensity will vary!

    I have been doing these workouts for over a year. I spread them out over the week for my full body workout. I am 45 and I have put on great muscle mass. Keep up the great work.

    i just wanted to thank you for your videos. I am a former bodybuilder/powerlifter and personal trainer coming back from a long lay off due to rotator cuff injuries (2 years). What I specifically like about this video is the way that you utilize the band for maximum effectiveness. I'm going to be using this workout while trying to rehab my shoulders and work my way up from there. Thanks again!

      I do a lot of resistance band work along with other routines. They are hard to beat for time under tension. And for older folks like myself. Your site is great!

    SO underrated Resistance bands, builds muscle with tension strengths and improves cardio with lighter bands, best cost effective equipment goin anyone and everyone should have a couple at home. Mikes band workouts are great hit every muscle going.

      @@r011ing_thunder6 Yea I've seen good gains just make sure you are going all the way till failure and do 3-4 sets, eat lots of good food and most importantly, be consistent with your workouts.

    Just wondering though, would you be able to use your genius creativity to make a resistance band video with the other resistance bands ( other ones being- giant looking elastic bands ), I bought the full set of resistance bands but can’t think of much to do with the others ones. keep the content coming and your positivity is so good, you motivated me to get off my arse and give this a try, much respect 💪

    I started doing full body, daily HST style workouts using these 5 minutes or so cycles for each body part and it shows great pump, visible from a distance after 3 days... Wonder if I can do twice daily, see if I can increase the resistance for a 6 week cycle and get real muscle mass on the frame. First I notice a tremendous increase in appetite, almost to the point of eating the cats food :D
