    Give this intense 5 minute dumbbell shoulder workout a try! You get a full shoulders workout and you can still do it right from home, all you need is a pair of dumbbells! Also, this works as a killer circuit to do at the gym. Great for building muscle, increasing muscular endurance and as a finisher! Anywhere you are, all you need is dumbbells to do this routine which makes it very attainable especially since they don't need to be that heavy. All experience levels can do this. It's 5 exercises, 1 minute long each. This is extremely effective that you'll be feeling it the next day. Follow along with the video if you'd like, a timer is run throughout on the screen!       This was a great workout, I used 25 lb., 15 and 10 for the quick arm blast. It's easy with plant power, watch my video .

    Everyone be careful with this one. I did this about a week ago and I feel some pain in my shoulder and I believe it is rotator cuff related. Just use a weight that you’re comfortable with, or maybe even lighter than you’re comfortable with to be safe. Really appreciate these videos though, thanks Mike!

    I have had these for several weeks czcams.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

    Holyy crap! I've been staying in a motel since we just moved to a new state and all I've had with me in here is a pair of 10lb dumbbells and resistance bands. I did this shoulder workout and 2 of your other shoulder workouts 2 time through and my shoulders are DEAD! will continue with alot of these workouts while I'm stuck in this motel lol.

    I love these workouts I do these more than just regular 50 pound dumb bells for my regular routine, I get more pump and feel I gain more from doing high rep lower weights. I dont have five pound weights but only 10s and I couldn't imagine going heavier with these workouts.
