    Give this intense 5 minute dumbbell tricep workout a try! You get a full tricep workout and you can still do it right from home, all you need is a pair of dumbbells! Also, this would work as a killer circuit to do at the gym. Great for building muscle, increasing muscular endurance and as a finisher! Anywhere you are, all you need is dumbbells to do this routine which makes it very attainable especially since they don't need to be that heavy. 5 exercises, 1 minute long each. This is extremely effective that you'll be feeling it the next day. Follow along with the video if you'd like, a timer is run throughout on the screen!

    Bro I’ve been doing this guys at home vids for a month and here’s what I found:
    1) You gain weight unless you do serious dieting. It’s muscle
    2) your arms hurt. Break up the workouts by days. Arms and chest on day, legs other, etc.
    3) don’t give up, this works. Although you may not get that much visible gains, you gain a ton of strength. You can get size by increasing the amount of rounds

      Michael Blaze you’re gonna want to make sure they’re not empty calories. Make sure the food you eat puts good stuff in, i.e protein, fiber, healthy fats, etc

      Depends, If you do a few sets of these its pretty good i say, Working on this plan with 2 sets of this and its awesome. Really kills me tho, So up your weights only when you are sure you can do more.

Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

    I did the 5min bicep, tricep, and shoulders as a complete routine for 3 weeks. I put 1/2' size on the bies and tries. This is significant considering all the heavier weight rep/sets rest/pause and repeat that I was doing that was doing nothing for me prior. These exercises work!

      Yes these are so underrated and anything a bit unconventional is hated on nowadays everyone needs things so optimal but sometimes and most of the time all it takes is just exhausting the hell outta the muscles wether it be speed or heavy both work. Been doing these for a year now and shredded and built then ever 😂 accused of steroids and it’s the best compliment as a natty

    Insane progress if you use heavy weights, if u can't do much with heavy weights, build up to it, these types of workouts with heavy weights give you insanely muscular arms!

    I can’t even express how valuable these exercises are to me. Been struggling with a botched hernia surgery and have wanted to strength train again so badly. Using light weights in these intense sets enables me to still work out without exacerbating my issue. All the other 5 minute workouts are tops too! Even if I could lift heavy I would still be using these as finishing exercises, they’re awesome.

    If a min each is too much try doing 30 seconds, or do the minute and use lighter weights, as you progress just up the weight and or time. Great video you got me motivated now.

    A GOOD APROACH BUD & GREAT VIDEOS TO...RUNING OFF A TIMER FOR 5 OR 10 MINUTES INSTEAD OF FIXED NUMBER OF REPS N SETS...I HAVE HIT THE STEEL FOR YEARS GAINED DECENT SIZE FOR BEING NOW IN MY LATER 50'S BUT I THINK I WILL TRY OUT THE TIME METHOD JUST FOR THE FUN OF IT TO SEE IF I LIKE IT👓👍

    I did the bicep, tricep, and forearm 5 minute workouts a few years ago and really saw results. My allergist was pissed cause they had a hard time finding fat to inject into :-)
    I got off the routine and am just getting back to it now. Can't wait to get back into it and see those results again. Thanks for your videos, they are greatly appreciated

      i did this with all upper body in one set. biceps, tri's, traps, shoulders, forearms, chest, back, core. if you do them back to back, you'll feel it for days!

    Absolutely love your video's, my arms are killing me, i just watch your video's and follow what you do, what a difference i can see in myself after doing this daily for only one week, WOW, i'm going to keep at it, i used to do this years ago when i was in my 20's and i had a pretty ripped body but i'm 50 now and not trained for years until i seen your video's which has totally motivated me to get back into it, keep up the good work mate and keep the video's coming.

    Just wondering how do you flex ur triceps? Is it just the bicep flex upside down?

      fully straighten out the arm, locking the elbow and your tricep will be flexed

      I just mean that if your arm is fully extended to the point if you went any further you'd have to hyperextend your elbow, your tricep is going to be flexed

      Don't forget to go full extension and make sure to squeeze that muscle for a full contraction! Every cupcake = 1 set. Each bite = 1 rep.

    i’ve done every single one of ur 5 minute workouts i do 2 different ones every day and i spread it out over the course of the week on top of my other lifts and workouts because i play football. and these 5 minute workouts have my arms chest and shoulders shaking literally
