Since everyone was loving and getting great results from the first series "Intense 5 Minute At Home Workouts", here's a sequel series that will consist of "Intense 5 Minute Dumbbell Workouts" so you can switch things up and add more new routines to your programming! Give this intense 5 minute dumbbell chest workout a try! You get a full chest workout and you can still do it right from home, all you need is a pair of dumbbells! Also, this would work as a killer circuit to do at the gym. Great for building muscle and stamina! Anywhere you are, all you need is dumbbells to do this routine which makes it very attainable especially since they don't need to be that heavy. 5 exercises, 1 minute long each. This is extremely effective that you'll be feeling it the next day. Follow along with the video if you'd like, a timer is run throughout on the screen!

@@matejstemberk8110 its false bro i started with these 5 minutes workout from this year and have lost a lot of weight and also gained some muscle. I mean it's not as effective as regular workouts but it's a decent substitute.

Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

I personally strength train so this would serve as a finisher for someone like me ... but you can definitely utilize this as a full chest routine by doing multiple sets with your goal being muscle building and increasing muscular endurance! 1 set alone wouldn't be optimal unless it was as a finisher!

Love this channel. So many people think ya need to use 75lbs to get results. 10 lb dumbbells will get ya rocked. I have leaned out. I'm 5ft 9 . 136 lbs. And started working out 2 months ago. I have vascularity in my arms.bicep vein. Even chest veins. And a shoulder vein. The high a PUMP gives. NEVER QUIT. 🦅🏋️🏆🤘🏻.

I always do four rounds of this workout, takes 25 minutes including a minute break between rounds, it’s done wonders for my chest and I always feel “the burn” as they say, these workouts are more effective when you do them at least three times in a row I found

guys if your chest is not growing do these :-
Do 3-4 repetitions of this workout
Squeeze your chest when you go back and squeeze it when you go up
Get full range of motion
Most importantly push your arms away from you and try maintaining posture stand like normally but push your arms away without bending in front
Last and the most important tip is Have patience and stay hydrated

This chest workout is the best I've used. My shoulder injuries are the major obstacle for me, not muscle growth? So I looked up dumbbell chest exercises, knowing that they are safer than barbells. The workout I got from this is great, my chest is much better and more thoroughly exercised. I got ZERO shoulder issues from it!!!! I cannot say how important this is-- magnificent. To remove the shoulder issues is absolutely a breakthrough for me and much appreciated! The fact that it's only five minutes is a testament to modern science and experience from real professionals in this field. Also, I used very low weight and felt great impact. One of the things I learned is that heavier weights don't mean greater growth or better work from the exercises, in fact the more conservative I am with weight the more ideal the results all around. @@leandroleo6305 yeah I'd say so, I defiantly think you just gotta eat good too (less calories, lots of protein), but the workout helps give shape to your chest and I think it helped me alot, I also do a lot of HITT so the cardio in that also helped me shape up, still recommend this video!! Stick with it!
