Scammers and vandals hamper London's ULEZ launch

- Mayor Sadiq Khan's attempt to expand the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) to outer London boroughs is being hampered on several fronts.
A Sky News investigation has found fraudsters have been selling counterfeit ULEZ exemption certificates on social media.
And cameras are being damaged by vandals opposed to the expansion.

I gave up working after i realised that me working pretty much all the time and paying full rent and council tax etc & petrol getting me to work and back left me with about £400 to myself for a month, Where as not working i am better off. i'e rent paid for me, massive reduction in council tax, no petrol for work and still got roughly the same to live off each month but now i do the odd cash in hand delivery jobs couple of nights a week for a few hours and actually alot better off. Just got fed up working my backside off being knackered all the time for peanuts while politicians etc claim expenses for lunches that were more than i earned in a week, then come up with s**t like ULEZ and charge people over £80 a week to drive there own cars when we already pay a fortune just to keep a car on the road in the first place. If i bought a sandwich for lunch at work i can't claim that back so why do these cu**s get to do it for big slap up meals? Then tell people they need to get into work, f**k that. Why should anybody work for a minimum wage when politicians like the ones we have come up with ideas like this? It's ok for them who have drivers running them all over the place but what about the low income people who are barely surviving and just managing to keep there car on the road? I used to come home from work and see the same people catching the sun in the garden having a barbecue smiling and laughing, always buying things and never see them have a job and wonder how they manage it but now it's making sense. The whole system is wrong, people should be paid properly so they can afford to live and not be working and struggling to live. I can do a cash in hand delivery job 5pm-11pm and make around £20 per hour with no tax etc but these clowns want me to stand on my feet all day slaving for minimum wage breaking my back then take money back from me in tax 😂 Jokers

The controversial thing is, he’s pushed it out to other county’s that I don’t consider to be London, Hertfordshire isn’t London, North Surrey and parts of Kent Essex and others so how can this be fair, when it’s not part of London they are separate counties that are governed by other councils, and not the London mayor.
I just hope the Blade Runners continue their campaign to destroy 90 to 100% and continue to deal with other cameras that are unfair as well. This was not elected for by the people it’s all a cash, grab and nothing more and part of what the WEF want as both Blue and Red are involved and a proportion of MPs from these two main parties time for change. We need to vote for the up-and-coming parties, like Reform Heritage and the Reclaim Party, time the public pushed back and woke up to this Trinity that is going on including see 40 cities 15 minute cities. Public did not vote for any of this time to rebel. The sheep must stop following the sheep. Otherwise if Labour get in there will be no change whatsoever just worse. The sensible thing to have done is only apply the rules to vehicles made after the start date of the expansion, over time the old cars be scrapped and the new cars will be complaint as standard...
But no this is just a cash grab, in another 10 years they will change the rules to something else.

My boss has a 2021 petrol Audi, and he still gets wacked for this ULEZ charge if he goes in to London. His car is much more cleaner than a 2006 petrol car.

Euro 3 for motorcycles, mopeds, motorised tricycles and quadricycles (L category)
Euro 4 (NOx) for petrol cars, vans, minibuses and other specialist vehicles
Euro 6 (NOx and PM) for diesel cars, vans and minibuses and other specialist vehicles
