If you Ban the all Tube travel, it would not even make a tiny difference to the health of London - outside of London Tube workers people only spend a tiny % of their time in the TUBE. So people NEVER go on the TUBE, but a little hard to avoid every where else.

Massive potholes all over the place they had the bloody cheek to have bollards everywhere causing chaos,whilst painting double yellow lines , the yellow boxes OMG bigger then ever way past where they should begin &. Imagine you are self employed. You own a small deisel van as that's the only appropriate vehicle for your business. As yet there isn't an electric alternative with the range needed to carry the weight. Nevertheless you need to buy one of these ev's because you're being forced to. Now, how many trips to work and back will it take to save £40,000 ? Given after 17 years you have 10,000 that is now needed elsewhere because work has slowed due to the downturn in economy due to these policies. How much carbon does 70 years of work produce to buy an ev? If the plan was to reduce carbon in the short term, actually it's only going to have the very opposite effect. Make it make sense.
