Having many offer letters is also a new headache....
Thank you for this. A HR reached out to me, about internship but I was desperate so I said ok to everything. He askes me some quesitons and then suddenly said he will give me offer letter. After some time I thought about it, I realized the internship is not what I want
If there is no bond mentioned in offer letter then can we leave that company after joining or after training. What will be the procedure for that??

Yes if yu don't have the bond, yu can leave within 1-2 day! Many people do that.

Company A - Big service based company MNC
Company B- Midsize Company
CTC is almost same in both company .
Now only 7-8 days remaining to take my decision.. Almost decided to go for company-A.
Can I reject offer letter before 3-4 days( I have waited them only for 25days).
Question- Will they take any recovery from me l(it’s mentioned in offer about recovery if I no show or not joining) if I send email of back-out from company-B.
I considered Company B backup as there were onboarding delays in the past by many MNC in December 2023.

You can read the documents carefully, if there is nothing mentioned for bond, then there won't be any.
If there is , then discuss that thing with HR!!

If you reject the offer letter, nd after that you want to join the company again.
Simply call/mail the HR, if they agree, you can join again.
In the end, it's Employer's call.

That's the reason I'm not accepting an offer but now because of my family situation, I can't go for further higher studies. so, now I wanna be interested in attending TCS digital so, in my portal, I can't see any option for applying for a drive. Please give some suggestions to register for a TCS digital drive 2022.

Yu actually can't hold any offer letter. It has its expiry date mentioned on it.
But you can request later to HR, of they agree, yu can get the chance again, else a big NO!

@@NitManTalks actually he is selected for tcs and before joining in tcs as the process is virtual he need to submit the service agreement. He submitted that service agreement but before joining tcs, he got another better offer and now he wants to join in that better company. Now as he still did not join tcs will he have to pay the bond amount or is there any problem he may face in future???

I have two offers from company A and B, if B is giving good package than A but you don't wanted to join B, you would like to join A. Then is it good to ask A to review offer letter again and can we negotiate salary again???
Yes. It's okay!!! You should always do negotiation. But also, if yu really don't want to join company B. Then in the end, whatever company A offers, join it.

If MNC's offer is very good, choose that company. Don't only focus on salary. Focus more on learning and improving skillset. So if any other company is providing you this thing, you can join it.
