    This is both helpful and unhelpful. There either needs to be a part two to this where you show what to do if you dont have the experience or just say more about it in this video. All this video does is say how you should only apply for jobs if you have the experience, which is great for people who do, but meanwhile the rest of us are trying to get a job we know we can do without the experience, because we know that they will just train us on the job anyway. Its like, ok dont fake your experience or else you will get in trouble. Great. So what should we do instead?

    It's a great video. So many companies are exploiting employees by not giving Experience letters or by not verifying it later. It's not fair to the employees. Hopefully this helps people take a fair route.
    Note: I'm not encouraging it, but if you feel that it will help you balance out the exploitation, go ahead with it.

      @@akshayrajput2043 One shouldn't just fake the entire thing, but it's not that hard to fake background verification or talk around it. Don't give yourself an internship without certification on Meta or Google for example, but a local company or a small company abroad. The best option would be to study local companies that are bankrupt and just add them, but not too much experience either, still keeping a nice balance between "wow, cool person" and "damn, sus"

      @@bighatastrea No bro, let me give you more reliable idea ;) find a small business and talk to them if they are ready to give you fake experience. Then for 3-6months tell your friend to send some amount of salary. by this process you dont have to worry for Background verification because the experiecnce you will show is 100% genuine and its a company not Institue.

    Yes I have seen in my company that one girl lied that her MSc results are not yet out and when she was asked the results are already out and still u r not submitting your passing certificate.
    At this point the girl overconfidently said that her seniors had suggested her to follow this way.
    And finally she was asked to leave on the same day and then warned all of us not to follow such practice.

    Go ahead guys with full confidence. They are corporate shit they cant even think when its time ti fire you. Even if there is no need of experience candidate company and this HR asking for experience even i have seen some people in industry who demand more experience in some technology the actual life of technology.

    ‼️‼️We are humans,we are born just not to go to school or to go to office only..
    We can take gaps for our leisure time,to spend our time with our parents,partner, children or caretaking..
    We can take academic or career gap for personal development, travelling,learn new skills(unrelated to your profession)
    Sometimes the person may have taken gap for personal reason like stress and anxiety,some medical conditions,for de addiction program, family issues,sexual abuse...
    Please stop treating candidates like a machine..
    Everyone is not privilege and everyone is not perfect..
    See only experience and skills relevant to the job...
    Don't ask for academic or career gaps..‼️‼️

    Basically, we sud include such counseling in our college curriculum only. Students sud hv clear idea about corporate world before they enter into. Everyone does not have guide in family to guide about the corporate world.

    I have a friend who was working with an organization for 2 months and left without collecting experience certificate and release letter or serving notice period.
    That company which he left has an UAN number in EPFO portal, and his 2 months experience is visible on the EPFO portal.
    It is showing that he served this company for 2 months.
    Can he fake a experience certificate of 2 months.
    What will be its consequences.

    Mam,
    I am in a very tricky situation. I am 2018 passout in Mechanical engineering from a premium institute. Last year i switched to IT sector and join a small company. Later i found put that the work we do is not ethical( perforing final exams of US Students online) and leave that company for that i had some dispute from that company too because this company was not providing any documents not even appointment letter. So i left, but after they gave me almost all documents.
    Fast forward 4 monthsi was looking for a job as java developer get an offer, but in bgv previous employer gave negative feedback about everything.
    My offer letter was revoked.
    Now if i remove that experience i am fresher with 16 months gap from my previous employment and 2018 passout. I see no path what to do next. Having thoughts that my career is over. Please help

      Try other company, small start up. Companies also knows there can be problem with other company system, even if your BGC fails, they won't fire, just monitor your activities till probation, extent probation till they get full confidence

    Same situation im currently going on..I also prep upsc and. Even im 2020 passout, i complete testing course but no one IT company gave me a job as a fresher.     I have worked in a company for 1.5 years.. now as there are no openings for that experience i decided to give experience details prior to the actual employment i had so that by now i can say i have worked for 3 years in a different company. Now i want to know the issues i might face with UAN which has been created in my old company where it shows exactly the joining and exit date.     companies by default cant deny the experience letter. If they hired someone with fake experience, its due to the lack of adequate BGV process at their part.
    As per Indian laws, no company can deny experience letter. Period. An employee can send a legal notice if any organization denies issuing exit documentation

    Have a withdrawal FIR or diary (I am not sure about that) against me on e-fir website and police doesn't take any action against me because the complaint withdraw on mutual satisfaction before 3 days.

    In TCS BGV process do they verify domain details from previous company, I mean if someone has a web development experience and joined new company saying as a BI developer. Will they do such a deep level BGV?

    I was scammed by my institute claiming to give job guarantee and later i got an internship saying they will give me work of data analysis but actually it turned out to be really shdy work which is not related to data analysis and that company is well known company so i trusted it now he is giving me experience letter where its mentioned that i have done internship as data analyst for 2 months but in reality i have not. So i was thinking if i can edit the date and change duration from 2 months to 4 months and till then i will keep improving myself. Is there any chance i might get caught?

    In case, the previous company dosent provide you release letter and harass somehow to extend your tenure, and you have longer notice period which you cant serve and want to leave at any cost, as you have offer in hand for immediate joining, can we provide such letter from our senor managers?

    My first company was a cash in hand contractor job and that company is completely closed and nobody to contact there now. But i have added that to the bgv because i have experience letter given by them. I worked for 2 years and I cannot keep that empty as well. It was my first company and I worked three big MNC after that and in new company bgv is going on. I already informed hr about my first company shut down issue. Is this ok?

    Thanks for this video. It's really so informative.
    Due to a lack of guidance and maturity four years ago after training, I chose this wrong path because there was no second option. Due to several obstacles, I have faced numerous types of experiences in recent times. I had an employment gap for 2 years (2019: trained in SAP FICO, 2020: COVID lockdown). Now from Sep'22 onwards till date I was jobless. Are these two gaps affecting my career? Kindly provide your response, Varsha.

      I assume you mean how to deal with the circumstances when you loose the job after being caught in bgv. You should use your knowledge and skills that you have gained in your assignment and apply for new roles.
      If you have got an experience letter for your service, just prepare a good story about your previous resignation.

      I assume you are trying to switch careers. If you consider yourself a good match for your aspiring role just include why you feel so in your CV and try to correlate how your experience in previous role would help you with the new responsibilities.

    I joined a company in 2017 as a fresher and worked for about 4 months and left the company due to personal reasons ,in probation period without serving notice period, without receiving relieving letter. After that I joined other company and worked for about 5.7 years. Recently I got an offer from tcs and even after being transparent with the HR about my employment history she proceeded with my onboarding. At the time of doc verification I was told that I can’t onboard since I don’t have relieving letter from first company. Now I’m jobless , will this end my career. Please help

    I was working as a software engineer for 1.5 years in a development project .later once the project was over..I was put into a support related project.i am in that project for almost 2.5 years. almost most of the time I am sitting idle without any work..and i am scared if I will loose all the skills that I learned in that 1.5 years due to which i am feeling very demotivated and frustrated and blank. . I don't feel like switching as well due to the current situation of recession .I don't know what to do..to get out of this situation. I enquired for better opportunities but it's seem i have got nothing. Does this usually happen in the Tech industry?If so what is the solution to get out of this situation?Can anyone please give me any advice on the same..

      Look for the skills that are in demand and then learn those skills and alongside prepare for interviews as you have 4 years of experience you can easily fake 2 years work as if you were working the skill that you have just learned

    My Wife joined an IT company, she was having 4years 11months of experience in that bank. Her first 9months she worked as a temporary employee and later she was confirmed as a permanent employee.
    In PF statement they have not included 9months as she was a temporary employee and salary was given in cash and no PF account was created during this 9months.
    Now that cooperative bank is under 35a and working under RBI directions. Now nobody is responding to BGV as one of them told that until the bank revival you will not get any response and also ex employees are not our priority now.
    They told on her face that they are not going to reply for her BGV from new company.
    Now this new company is behind that 9months where she has worked as temporary employee.
    She have no other proof except which they gave as a letter of joining as a temporary employee for those 9months.
    Company and BGV team is not leaving and they are behind her for these 9months. Will they snatch her job. How should she proceed with this situation? Kindly suggest and help.
    she has given every last piece of documents for this employment.

    8:44 if it's incapability then candidate should be rejected after interview not before interview(at shortlisting stage)
    You are saying about interview stage but it's difficult to reach even to that stage
    It's easier to say that don't use fake, no one wants to fake, you are thinking only from a HR's perspective, not from a human or candidate perspective
    When one experiences such things then he or she can't say that don't use fake
    I have seen depressed candidates doing nothing, not even learning just because they have lost their hopes due to such companies policies & HR, they find no use of giving months on learning because no hope left inside them due to these unnecessary criterias
    May God give such companies & HR the same situation so that they can understand better about the feelings of those candidates who are judged before getting an interview
    May they feel that same pain which a candidate feel after getting rejected just for a gap

    Ma'am i am going to join a new organisation and during bgv they are asking reason for leaving. Now in my previous organisation which i left 3 months back i was asked the reason for leaving and i input higher education or career progression - which i do not exactly remember. If this is a mismatch i dont know if it will cause issues. I am worried.

      @@onlineyt6573 1. Gain good knowledge (you have but try to master it)
      2. Expand your network and get reference , your capabilities will help you to get reference
      3. MNC might not shortlist you but every company is not same still you can get decent pay, and mnc doesn't guarantee job stability as well do remember this
      4. HR and technical interviewers are not your enemies try to showcase your skills, if asked about the gaps answer in one sentence don't try to stretch and focus more on problems instead show how are you looking forward to succeed in your looking at the positive aspect of life
      5. Remember few things cannot be changed that is your gap keep this in your mind but dont feel you are not capable your confidence and strength will make you pass the way
      Once you have enough experience you don't need to worry further, and if any adverse situation comes... Just move on

    Mam i have worked in a bpo company for 1.5yrs and left the company for some medical issue by informing my tl but they marked me abscond . Now i joined another bpo company as experienced. I have the offer letter and payslips but i haven't any experience or reliving letter but when i did mail to their hr helpdesk for buyout option for my experience they said that after f&f letter will be issued accordingly. So it will create any problem in my new company.
    Plzzzz reply because am in confusing situation right now.

    Hello Mam, I should get passed out by the year 2019 as mech graduate but Due to my health condition i didn't able to do it. So i took migration from my 1st college to other college and got passed out in the year dec 2021. From dec2021 to Aug 2023 i had prepared for couple of government jobs, I didn't able to crack, but almost got few of them,... Now My question is Can i get a job in It field...     Actually I was joined a company on mis executive post on 6 day in company told Me for company outside work as a bring some items of company after I brought company item I said them which work for you hire me I complain about this and next day my senior fire me and please can you tell me I should add 1 month experience on this job post but I have just 7 days experience please 🙏🙏
