Sir mene 2.5 year ka bond sign kiya he koi original documents nahi liye he , bond me 6 month training thi aur meri 6 month training khatam ho chuki he lekin abhi tak onboarding nahi krvayi he meri abhi tak koi uan or pf number nai mila he to kese bahar niklu isse

Hello Sir, I need your suggestion on my case, I signed a bond with the company XYZ on 500 rupess stamp paper with notary . They deputed me to the country A. In bond the clause was mentioned if I terminate the contract I have to pay 5 Lac rupees within 3 years. After one year due the bad environment I changed my job in country A. In full and final settlement company A asked me to pay 5 lac rupees. also they send legal notice from lawyer. In this situation please guide me how I can deal with the situation. Will I have to pay the amount ?? will it impact the court case to my background verification in future ??
