I am not sure if you will be reply for this but anyways here it goes. I am supposed to join a company tomorrow and the situation that I am in this is a great offer but the currently employed company is asking me to serve at 2 months notice period which is not possible and if I serve 2 months notice period my offer letter would be revoked and if I join the new company my present company won't be providing me with my PF amount and experience certificate. I am in a tight spot. can you help me with a mail where I can let them know that I need to lead my team at this time and cannot strand them. I also need to stay in touch with them for future openings.
