Please make this available separately. Also, please start selling replacement dirty water bags. It is obnoxious that it is impossible to buy a replacement dirty water bag without also buying a new filter.
I had a dirty water bag rupture on the first use, I sent in a picture for warranty and also mentioned that I had another bag with a pinhole leak. Platypus sent me 2 new bags at no cost.
Really they had recalled these filters two years ago they never ever replaced my filter, so I ran it over with the car and threw it in the trash.
It is our intention to start selling the Connect Cap separately as well - stay tuned! As for getting a replacement bag, just shoot us an email. Our Repair Shop can send this part out for you!
@@PlatyhydrationYour Repair Shop asks for photographic proof that the current bag has been made non-functional ("use scissors" is a direct quote), which is impossible to provide if the bag was thrown in the trash because it was, effectively, trash. In that case, the only option is to buy a replacement, which is not currently available.
@@slashieaward Asking for photographic proof of defective product seems reasonable to me. Maybe a lesson learned for you? Don't throw things in the trash too hastily, at least if you intend to contact the customer service with a complaint. By the way, doesn't Platy 2.0L Bottle work as a dirty water bag?
Please sell this along with the dirty water bag separately!

Why didn't I get this in my original one??
It's been a couple of months since this product was released, however I i cannot find the connect cap in your store, even though I could really use it. I also bought a filter without the dirty water bag by itself and couldn't return it because of time constraints, I'd really like to buy the dirty water bottle too. So please make them available for separate purchase soon
