Its fast-flowing hollow fiber technology filters at 1.75 liters per minute when gravity filtering and 3 liters per minute with squeeze pressure, keeping your group supplied with clean water without slowing you down. The included QuickDraw 3L dirty reservoir is built with Platy’s proprietary tri-layer film construction (the same as our award-winning hydration reservoirs) to make it incredibly durable and guaranteed free of any plastic taste. Its fill-handle and wide-mouth opening means your hands stay dry while you easily fill up at the water source. We struck a balance with the length of the hang handle making it ideal for hanging up and carrying when your water source is far away from camp. It’s also detachable for when you want to convert the system into a minimalist squeeze filter. The handle is made of a TPE formulation that is super-durable, pliable and packable, and hydrophobic so you’re never putting it in your pack wet. Want to use a different bottle or reservoir? The QuickDraw 3L Gravity’s versatility shines as it natively attaches to an incredible range of vessel types-including smartwater® bottles-on both the clean and dirty side, empowering backpackers to customize their own system around the top performance of the QuickDraw Filter. The hose is fitted with a quick connect that clicks into any hydration reservoir with a quick disconnect, like the Big Zip™ Evo. It also clicks into the Bottle Adapter which pairs with common wide-mouth bottles, like Nalgene®, and narrow-mouth bottles like the Platy® 2L or common plastic bottles, like smartwater®.
