I love how UK police have that self assurance that they don’t have to play bad with people and can act properly. These men love the rough and tumble but still maintain that humanity without any childishness with drunks and feral people. Its a standard that only the most assured can maintain. Big men don’t need to pretend to be tough. Only in the UK!

@@DezzReacts I think that's an older cop show from the UK I used to watch it. like in Ireland things have changed a bit cops in Ireland don't have guns either but they have an armed response unit but in Dublin so it have to drive round the country maybe the big cities have them but not all
Police are often single crewed (on their own) in the UK.
I witnessed a drug raid couple of weeks ago with armed police and dog's they didn't mess around..was over in seconds from the time they burst down the door.. you hear about it all the time where I live... And I live in a tourist resort 😂

This show is a decade old. Supply and possession is still illegal and punishable but police would put in less effort to bust low level possession, if at all. It would mainly be if they come across it or think you are peddling something stronger or larger. Cannabis is now legal for official medicinal use. Taser's were not as common back then. The host btw used to be a officer.

Also if you commit murder, you are going to be in jail for minimum of 10-15 years depending circumstances. Multiple murder and you will most likely die in jail. It's when the death was not intentional or provoked that sentences are quite light.

Im 20 and most people Ik have at least tried weed. I still smoke it on weekends but unfortunately it’s illegal here but you won’t really get into any trouble unless you’ve got an amount above a quarter I’d say. The most you will get for a small amount is a cannabis warning.
I’ve been arrested and served time, 9 months for corporate fraud, was housed with killers and armed robbers for 9 months in HMP Bullingdon. I saw a lot of shit but never had any problems myself in-fact it wasn’t that bad. If you respect fellow in mates and don’t cause trouble you get respect yourself. The thing that shocked me the most was 80-90% of the mates couldn’t read or write so I helped them with their family letters. Prison for most in the UK is total shite! There is ZERO rehabilitation ZERO!!! The UK needs a long and in depth look in to the prison system here because it is a MESS! The majority of the guys I met and talked to wanted to be be better but in jail with the time they don’t try to educate or improve but merely deprive one of any hope

Definitely admit what you've got if they're going to find it anyway. They'll generally be more lenient with you for not making their job more difficult.

Regular police body armour is bullet resistant to 9mm but stab proof. Firearms officers have better bullet proof armour but are vulnerable to knives

I personally dont think the drug laws should change. Police usually turn a blind eye to smoking pot for personal use but i am glad you cant buy it legally from the shops. Also once you have been arrested the police are responsible for your welfare. If the girl who was handcuffed fell over and landed on her face the police would be liable

I have been, me and my friend was invited to house party and over a hr later door got kicked in for drugs the owner of the house was a drug dealer and I was hit by one of the officers went flying over the table 😂 when it was nothing to do with me 😂
