    LOVEE THE WORKOUT!! But you should do a voiceover talking about what we’re doing on each workout because It’s hard to concentrate on the workouts because I have to consistently be looking at the screen to see if I’m doing it right 😭

    Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. czcams.com/users/postUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

    i haven't been doing pilates for a long time so i was expecting to be exhausted by the time i was done with this, but surprisingly i ended up really enjoying the workout, it went past extremely quickly and I felt really empowered afterwards!

    Completed 15 days with 1 day of rest in each week and with proper diet. I lost around 4 pounds and it’s amazing . Additionally, I maintained walking 12k steps daily. Thank you so much for this amazing workout🙌🏻. Will stick to it for next 15 days💪🏻

    I feel kind of ashamed since everyone else is saying how easy they thought it was. But I havent worked out in a long time due to depression and other life things going on thats made it hard to keep up with myself. This made me sweat so much its in my eyes but I didnt give up and am looking forward to doing more. Thanks

    This was way more sweaty than I expected it to be, but that's a good thing! Great workout. My apple watch said I only burned 150 calories (I had it on the pilates setting), but maybe I need it on another setting. Not sure. But that won't stop me from adding this workout to my favorites.     First time I’ve tried pilates, I usually just stick to other forms of workouts such as hiit, or stretching, however this was great. Shame that it burned only 180 calories, but still surprised because it wasn’t high impact exercises so it’s all good. Thank you ☺️ Great work.

      ​@@sandrataylorfatloss3201 not to lose weight... but to tone up and get more flexible to shed fat you ll need long sessions of steady state cardio + a compound weighted workout of at least 25 min preferably 3 x week...im currently doing some weighted workout from " juice toya " chznnel and i used to do workouts like the " fitnessblender upper body tabata" or their " saddlebag" and " cardio and butt thigh " workouts. The last obe is a hiit routibe, thats the sort of workout that will make you lose fat...

    Oh my, this was perfect. I only discovered you yesterday.
    Today I was having one of those down days and was in the mood for literally nothing. I wanted to sweat/move my body but didn't feel like doing anything too exerting either. Then I remember seeing pilates videos on your channel yesterday then came just randomly chose one.
    Absolutely perfection. I moved my body, got my heart rate up, and sweat quite a bit, but was still so, so relaxed. It's exactly what I needed and the playlist was 🤌🏼.

    These Pilates workouts have been really helpful during this ramadan, i was worryin about how my progress was going to be ruined and losing my strength, that's until i found your channel so thank you so much for these incredible videos.

      Exactly my concern during Ramadan and with the lack of energy during fasting this type of workout is really helpful and not long and enjoyable

    This one really kicked my butt. It’s been 3 years since I stopped working out , had a baby & I’m finally pushing myself again & this one had me sweating so much 😭

    I didn't know i was going to sweat so much, thank you. I have interview today so the music along with the workout has calmed my mind and body. I feel ready.
