#4 you are at fault they are already in there
But they shouldn't have been. Couldn't complete the manoever before the cam car arrived and the road doesn't operate on a first come first served basis.
@@loftyintentions1985 irrelevant they were in there way before the cam car and as such the camera should give way
@@will5023 I'm not disagreeing about the cam car giving way but it's absolutely not irrelevant. You are taught that if your manoever impacts the priority vehicle in any way, you should not do it.
@@loftyintentions1985 Correct

#13 - that'll teach them not to park in a stupid place! oh dear, such a shame! ...... how I laughed
Totally agree. I'm a delivery driver and get sick of lazy, inconsiderate motorists parking where ever they like, no matter if it causes others inconvenience.
As a truck driver, I totally agree.
The problem is that most motorists think that if there is no signed parking restriction (yellow lines, etc) then they can park there as "there's nothing to say I can't park here."
They seem to have failed to read the bit of the Highway Code advising on Road Traffic Act section 22 and Construction and Use Regulations regulation 103: "You *MUST NOT* leave your vehicle or trailer in a dangerous position or _where it causes any unnecessary obstruction of the road"_
On an industrial estate there would expected to be large LGVs, thus "unnecessary obstruction" would include obstructing the easy passage if those vehicles.
Motorists forget: Fire engines are large vehicles - I wonder how many inconsiderately parking motorists would be the first to complain if another inconsiderate motorist parked in such a way that it blocked an emergency vehicle on their way to them...
#4. There are 8 plus of this type traffic calming on my hometown. It’s shocking the number of drivers who just barge through. I just let them to save the agro.
#7. As the tankers was already ahead when you switched lanes, why not just hang back, instead of closing the space and putting yourself in danger.
Any other old farts too busy singing along to Go West at 4:35 because despite not having heard it in probably decades, the lyrics came back to you instantly.
I was lol
Gen-X - those of us who were teenagers in the '80s when Go West was on the chart are not "old farts" - you're confusing us with Elvis and Beatles fans.
3:13 After he says "ferkin ell", can anyone else hear a tiny "meow" in reply?
That was the sound of his bum cheeks letting go of the seat.
Yes
Gotta have a travel kitty with you...
@7:36. So the camcar driver laughed at the white car hitting the lamp post, then drove forward and stopped in the Keep Clear Box. That about sums up UK driving. They think they know it, but they don't.
Boils my p**s when people stop on a keep clear or no stopping box, it's there for a reason.
East Lancs dashcam is a good channel, no nonsense, no ''hi guyze it's me your boiiii'' - straight to the point.
#4 did making them reverse make your knob grow? Bet you’re still dining out on your majestic success over the BMW. ‘Sake.
were you in that BMW by any chance? 😂
If the BMW had waited for the cam car to pass this problem wouldn't have happened.

#2 Bravo sir, bravo 👏👏
Absolutely👍.
I like the one in London where they blocked in the ULEZ with 2 massive box vans :D
1:00 The only time I've ever had a parking ticket was on that Accy street in 1992. For 'parking with my car pointing the wrong way.' So I sympathise.
#14 - watching the clip I was saying "Go on, hit the post" - they didn't disappoint :D
Me too!
#14 Well done to the cammer for stopping right on top of the Keep Clear markings.
And then posting it here. Turning themselves in? 😂😂
2.50 you’re a bell ….you could have yielded before the ended …. I’ve had a Lorry peel the side of my van open at a faster speed he was in the wrong then but your were then .
#14 See that ‘Keep Clear’ on the road there? Ever wondered what that means?
#14 keep clear 😅
10. That must of been few years ago as bus station all knocked down 😮
#7 - terrible driving by the car - they should have let the lorry driver take their turn in the merge.
Must get in front of lorry syndrome?
Disagree - the Lorry wasn’t signalling and the car, being next to the cab at the furthest forward, was well within the view of the lorry driver. He should have waited and allowed the car through - instead he did as described - bullied his way in.
@@davidpage1028 nah, cammer was in wrong. Pretty much the entire clip showed no traffic in outside lane, plenty of time to have moved over and let lorry in. Classic example of "me first" and causing more grief. The lorry's lane was closing, we saw that with the traffic signs, and yet the cammer still didnt move across to make room.
Wagon wankers!
Its just bad driving by both cam driver and lorry driver.
Lorry driver has the height, should be able to see and plan well in advance a lane change.
The car should anticipate that they might not clear the lorry and not put themselves in a difficult situation. As they are alongside the lorry we can see vehicles ahead merging over, they should be expecting this as the lorry pulls further forward.
It would be a non event if both drivers added a bit of being nice to their attitudes.
#7, there seems to have been an awful lot of time for the cammer to move right, and allow the tanker to come across, before they actually DID. It does rather look like an attitude of "Suffer your fate, AND LET ME PAST!"
Maybe the first one has seen the multitude of clips where someone blares their horn when another pulls out half a mile away, and decided to tuck in behind instead. Cant see why it was an issue tbh.
Agreed - it was the safer option for the car.
She was in the right. Trev would have moaned a bucket full if she had pulled out. He could of eased off the accelerator a little but then he is a professional driver, they never do that.
Yes that bmw driver was in the wrong but my god other driver could see miles away what was happening all he had to do was slow down let the yes in the wrong bmw through and no time would have been wasted but both drivers are idiots that plague the roads
It's the 'My Right Of Way' attitude prevalent on our roads today.
you ever heard the phrase "hindsight is 20/20?"
@@tehwarl0ck ok my son
That’s indeed a problem, the guy had plenty of time to clear before the bellend cammer turned it into an issue.
#4. The bridge is at the end of my road. The number of people who try to bully their way through against the give way is shocking. Especially at school chucking out time, the mummies with their SUVs pushing through, because they’re so important dahling!!
Camer should give away, he was already engaged and at the end.
@@Thecommentator-hc1fz Agreed, from what I could see.
The beemer technically had right of way given A, he was there first & B, we give way to the right & C, we give way to oncoming traffic.
@@GothicaBeauty Whilst I agree the camper could have let this one go, what you miss is that on the other side of the bridge there is a give way marking on the other side of the road so the oncoming traffic gives way coming out of the village, and where do you get give way to the right from? It’s a bridge, not a roundabout!!
@@GothicaBeautyyeah, that's not how the road works. Oh and before you try to tell me otherwise go find "right of way" in the hwc.
I was at a filter lane and there was a 6 car gap and I indicated and merged into the lane, then a car decided to accelerate over the limit to then slam on and blast his horn at me.. Didn`t know Kellogs corn flakes gave people driving licences..
6:20 badly parked , tough
2:20. The cammer was just being awkward. He had plenty of time to pull into the other lane and let the lorry in without all the awkwardness.
I like the way in the last clip the canner point out the poor standard of driving of the white car but then the canner completely ignores the keep clad zone in front and pulls into it
#14 stops on a keep clear marking
No 12 - banger of a song! 🎶🎤
Drivers entering the motorway do not have priority
#1 -Err. Yes... so what?
first one car was ahead not by a lot but its a truck already on motorway they allowed up to 60 mph but most likely limited to 56mph all car needed bit extra gas straight up to 70 and would been way clear of the truck, would been less work than slowing and merging on at slower speed
Most of these were non events

No way!!!
1:58 How are they going to claim that when you have at least one eye witness? lol
Retired taxi driver here: eye witnesses are like smoke. They'll disappear on you, never to be seen again, soon as you need them. Police will believe any story that makes the taxi driver a villain, so a dashcam was my BEST friend...!
@@mikethecabbie8476After seeing countless taxi drivers being absolute bellend morons on this and other dashcam channels I can see why the Police do that - it just saves them time.
@@notacluebbq2500...and you're ok with police expediency before justice...?
@@mikethecabbie8476 yep, absolutely, when it comes down to absolute bellend moron taxi drivers.
I was going to say "Have you met people? They are horrible.". Because they would claim all sorts.
A taxi man recently drove into the rear driver's side wheel of my girlfriend's car whilst she was going 30 on the main carriageway, he was pulling out of a side road and was in a traffic island after having crossed one side of the road. He had stopped in the traffic island, she was going past and he gunned it.
Got out and started shouting at her, a lone woman with (an empty) baby seat in the back of the car. He blamed her. Still blames her as far as I know.
He didn't want to go through insurance so we went through insurance.
Hopefully he is priced off the road. An accident is an accident but to behave as he did is not the standard of professionalism I would hope you uphold
6.30 - What was dislodged?
the small trailer's offside rear light cluster
@chriswhite9838 Thought as much, but just looked to be a weird shape.
#4 Nothing more annoying when they have their lights on full blast & you have to do the same to let them know.
Nothing to suggest they have full beam on. They were just cresting the bridge.
@@cynewulf1 The average level of CZcams commenter isn't very high unfortunately.
#14 - That’s a novel one, what a complete bellend!
#13 is that driving without insurance
#14 Does the cammer not understand what KEEP CLEAR means?
If one drives a BMW, Merc or Audi, it means "YOU keep clear of blocking MY way, peasant!"
Thanks
You’re welcome👍
Clip #4....... the cam driver is a complete numpty. They made it obvious that they wanted to make an issue of this by the way they were in the middle of the white line. Cornflake box driving licence!!!!
Not exactly sitting on the edge of my seat with the videos. To be honest I feel most of the clips the majority of drivers see every day and just treat them as a normal day's drive.
Do stupid things, get stupid prizes
7:33 Then cammer covers Keep Clear road markings...
@EastlancsDashcam, the camera was there first and the van was intentionally parked to block the rear cameras. There are plenty of vids about it.
0:14 'She' being the operative word here.
Most of these clips just show the majority of people are like the brown shirts of 1930’s or Eastern Europe stasi grass on thy neighbour.
Even they weren't so petty as a car with a dashcam
#7 But by then he had got into lane so the best thing would have been to hold to let him get in anyhow as this would have been the safest thing to do as initally he was in front and merge in turn would have been much safer as surely you had seen lane closure coming up which at a guess is why you changed lanes right?
Very first one ,had enough space to move over into second lane cam car is an arse
#7..... you try to stop a lorry merging in turn and blame the driver!!! Typical case of the ..... I Must Get In Front Of The Lorry syndrome....... grow up!!!!
Essexoffroader, well done for standing your ground and making the bmw do the reverse of shame. 😂
Bit petty though
@@RichardJones73not really as the camera car was there first at the pinch point and impatient bmw person had no choice but to reverse because they put themselves in that position 😉..hopefully bmw person will learn not to try to barge through in future 😂.
@@paul8161I doubt they will learn 😊
@@paul8161 "not really as the camera car was there first at the pinch point" you must be watching a different video?
@@paul8161 What a load of rubbish, the cam car was swinging their "right of way" schlong about and made that an issue over nothing.
A lot of inconsequential “events.” Are you getting desperate son?
#4 well done! Those bullies need standing up too!
If you look closely, the BMW was already crossing the bridge when the cammer arrived at the pinch point.
The only bully in that particular instance was the cammer themselves.
In fact, you can see how aggressively they're driving on the wrong side of the road before they even reach the pinch.
The cammer set themselves up for the aggro.
You mean, clearly being at fault like the cammer? Because he was engaged for some time already.
3:33 - The archetypal potato on two match sticks.
#1 Prime example of CONSIDERATE DRIVING as the car braked and came in behind to avoid cutting directly in front of a lorry 🤦🏻♀️
Prime example of not reading the road or using the slip road for its intended use!
If they'd continued accelerating up to the speed limit they'd have been perfectly fine, it's not like they're slotting into a tiny gap there and eating the lorry's braking distance.
Number 11, I live near there and honestly sometimes you can get stuck behind learners for a long time as there's a series of roundabouts. Get stuck behind the wrong one and they just sit at the roundabout not taking their gaps. Yes it's a little impatient, but they completed the overtake and no one died, so no harm really. Not exactly worthy of trying to shame someone.
No one was hurt because of luck nothing else, certainly not the useless van driver just about making the over take because he was to impatient to wait...the only one shaming themselves is the van driver for poor impatient driving.
#9 - what a non-event, boring - although if it was rush hour then it would be a different story
#4.......I didn' know BMWs had a reverse gear.
It's indicators that don't come as standard on BMWs.
#2 Isn't bad driving or a fail, just funny as fuck.
At 1:02 my reaction was and is DON'T DON'T DON'T STOP because someone is sticking out of/trying to exit a junction. That is an invitation to let them out! Someone might overtake you and crash into the other vehicle! You continue towards them with determination, knowing who has RIGHT OF WAY (just like the guy in the narrowed road section). And if you can't judge your stopping distance then take a course of advanced driving.
For other incidents, a driver with a car transporter has a priority IMO - it's a difficult job to do, so I rarely ever get holier-than-thou with them.
The truck driver forced into the next lane: the cammer could see ahead and was drawing level. Why not fall back before the set-to happened? That's just common decency. A truck can't accelerate and weave across lanes half as easily as a car.
Finally, the person who had a trailer clearly didn't have experience with it. He was asking for trouble parking it there! My guess is that he was not capable of reversing it, so he parked in an easy place, oblivious of truck traffic.
get a grip
#4 Well done for not letting him get away with it👍
Quite hard to tell for sure, but I think the BMW had already committed before the cammer was even at the priority point.
The cammer could have made that whole situation so much simpler to resolve by backing off for a few seconds.
There's assertiveness and then there's aggression, this was more of the latter I would say.
EDIT: Yo can actually tell that they started to go over the bridge quite a long time before the cammer arrived, because the headlights get brighter.
@@cynewulf1 Correct, cammer made it way worse than it needed to be. Probably faster to slow down a bit, let them pass, resulting in no one really stopping and better flow. Doesn't make for great cam footage though.
2:00 Wow - do people really drive cars that old nowadays?
#1 A bit of a pointless video but just to show how motorist do not know how to join a motorway or a dual carraigeway really, but lots don't so why bother we all see it every day (boring)
So the car saw the lorry & thought "maybe I should just lift off & filter in behind the lorry," & now we are berating them for not pulling in front instead.?
@@LastOnSunday If you are on about number #7 as your reply came up under a different comment of mine, then if you think I am berating rather than just suggesting reducing the risk one way or another by both drivers in a merge in turn scenario as this is about reducing that risk by positive action by both drivers to do so.
In this particular case judging on it's merits hanging back would have been the best course of action another day acceleratin past may be better but as the HGV tractor unit and part of it's trailer unit was in front that is why it would have been best to hang back for the merge, after all it's best not to argue with an HGV lots more damage to the cammer in this case and why get a fender bender when he can drive away without one for hanging back.
It's the contributory factor here that is important and that takes that away as well.
#9 Yes not great by the transporter driver and with no Hi-vis and proper footwear obviously a bit of a cowboy, but you can see his predicament if the car was a none runner because pulling anymore forward would have closed the gap with the island.
Unfortunatly the time constraints in the workplace are as usual sometimes to blame but he could have just been dead right idle to do the job properly and as describing him a cowboy anyway I think the latter is more correct.
Clip 1, worst and most dangerous drivers on the motorway, my pet hate, especially the ones who give you the finger for not slowing down to let them in!!
I'd report number 3 just for the fact I hate lazy people.
That W reg clk-there is better in scrap yards
Yeah, scrap it & get a lease car every 3 years & save the planet!
#12 great tunes!
This is a boring bunch of videos!
