When you teached by man with that kind of mustache, listen to him
That's why my teacher don't have mustache
He looks like an indian colonel sanders
That looks amazing!
At 1:18 there's a guy creeping from around the corner.
omgahah
+Nick Lacey its Pakalu Papito
never seen chef ramsay so quite and submissive lol
A successful person knows when to lead and when to follow
3:11 Chef Ramsay has no idea what that guy just said. hahaha.
What did he say?
bowmen08 he said, "Wajid Ali Shah....Asaf Ud-Dawlah"
Indian food can be as complex and sophisticated as you can imagine. Just a simple look of gravy may consist of up to 10 or more spices and ingredients, and all the dishes and recipes are inherited for more than thousands of years, just like the Chinese.
It seems the comments section are spouting negativity, as usual. The old man (chef) is from a time when birth certificates in India were not available for all people. His father may have got his certificate sometime later in his life and there is definitely bound to be some errors.
As for the 50k people for wedding, usually wedding caterers take multiple orders. An old fashioned big fat Indian wedding would have around 5k people for ordinary people. As the so called "social status" of a person increases (eg:businessman, high minister) the number of wedding attendees can be 10k.
"It's almost like rewinding birth"- Gordan Ramsay 2010
Chef Imtiaz might be bullshitting about his fathers age, but everything else he said is true! I could tell since I live in this country. Weddings in India lasts for several days,so it is possible to invite 50k to 100k people to a single wedding. Stop whining my British friends. :)
Old man got some badass mustache right there
2:29 did he just say they where putting to much opium on the fire lol?
1:16 That guy at the back.... LoL
It's actually highly amusing to see Ramsay get a bit of his own medicine isn't it?
3:11
- vaielishan, aschmadolla...
- uh... right...
:D
" egg in quail, quail in chicken, chicken in goat, goat in rice, rice in pot and THE EYE IN THE SKY WATCHES US ALL"....lolzzz
I always reminded by any biryani since I have watched this on the tv first time. Marvelous way to have such a fantastic class biryani. Thanks Ramzi to show us.
I've had biriyani before but nothing like this one.
When Gordon Ramsey cooks 2 whole goats nobody cares. But when Epic Meal Time cook 1 whole pig, everybody loses their mind!!!
Because...its all..part of the plan...
well you don't see bacon and alcohol here do you?
1:16 Heeeelllooooo
I respect Gordon. I'm going to meet him one day.
Great Escape was an awesome show.I wonder if he's going to do anymore.
That awesome moment when you can understand what that Indian dude was sayin' :p
Sucks to be a vegan! I want that goat!!
I love Kitchen nightmares I tivo them all!!! I fal asleep to them i enjoy them so much, Gordon has gotten a bad rap because hes so passionate and hard on other chefs in his profession. I tell you what me and wife tear up watching these shows because his tough love changes so many lives.
But if Gordon can learn under the Elder gentleman.then he must be some one famous
i am an indian .lived here my whole life .....granted thats not long but ive never even heard of this kind of biryani
1:14 Dude in the background xP
I really want to meet Gordon and learn as much as I can from him! He's the best!
It's like a Gochickquailegg.
Epic Meal Time!!

1:15 : epic face of a man.
its like inception for food

Im sure they were winding him up and gordan wasnt in on the joke lol sticking a egg inside a quail inside a chicken inside a goat lmao
its like epic meal time but like legit dish lol
Amazing! Would love to save up for a dish like this when/if traveling to India with some friends. He did say it was a feast for a king, I wonder how much it would cost.. Of course we would only order as much as we could eat.
1:16 hahaha the indian dude wanting some spotlight in the back
i realy love this guy
Epic mealtime's inspiration.
What's the tune from about 2:32-3:08??
RIP Goats... And Chickens
This is what should be call Epic Meal time...!!
u should see traditional indian weddings.. they cook a goat as a whole for the groom and his friends to eat lol
that is almost like epic meal time, they do the same thing with a turkey, chicken and a piglet and bacon
gordon just went epic meal time style
love briyani
yep. only few indian restaurants abroad do not use same base for all curries served. thats the problem as they make everything taste the same.
I guess this is where epic meal time got thier ideas
Great Escape is his best show to date.
I'd love to sit at that man's dinner table! Yummy
3:14 right
3:09 - Gordon asks a question.
*Chef mutters what Gordon perceives to be nonsense*.
Gordon - "Right*
original epic meal time.
Old school epic meal time
epic meal time was inspired by this
Where is this??? I will go to India for this!!!
2:59. imagine if the birth happens, the goat would give birth to the chicken, the chicken gives birth to the quail, and the quail gives birth to the egg.
Sheesh, it's like one big freaking Chinese puzzle piece. Looks damn good though.
Gordon try Chennai (south india) briyani
I think epic meal time got there idea from this
That looks delicious
lol that reminds me of epic meal time^^
OG epic meal time
reminds me of epic meal time
That looked really good, just wondering how it actually tasted, jajaja..
They are missing one thing, BACON STRIPS, BACON STRIPS AND MORE BACON STRIPS
East or West India is D best.
LOL! random guy creeping in the background at 1:16
It's almost epic meal time
Seems alot like the one from Epic meal time?
Stuffing an animal inside another animal is a level of decadence that I cannot even allow myself at this age. Only kings should eat such meals
So shouldn't the silverskin membrane or the connective tissue be removed before marinating and cooking?
Epic Meal Time stole this!
1:17 soon...
1:16 in the background
SOON.
Its Nawabi Cuisine(Emperor) my man. Biriyani rice is a fragrant rice rich in spices and taste. Its nothing like the Rowdy barbarian cuisine you must have in mind when you said this.
Awesome!!!!
@noclassatall Why not? The job of royal chef can be taught or inherited and therefore passed down until it becomes a tradition without losing its exclusivity.
My saliva dripping out right now sir *slurp
Hey its like the Indian version of the american turducken! Different animals but similar concept.
1:17 Soon
food inception
'every curry house, 99% of them use the same base'
epic meal time
1:19 SOON.
royal chef Imtiaz Qureshi great
What was the hotel owner saying about the student respecting the teacher? Gordon said anything?
1:13 - 1:23 --- peekaboo!
@SeniorPark91
other way around. the one from epic meal time seems a lot like this one.
3:10 onwards made me lose my shit!
So let me get this straight, egg filled quail filled chicken filled goats? And I think later in the episode they stuck the goats in a pie crust filled with rice.
My thoughts exactly. Except theirs is the gore version of this :)
yum
bacon strips bacon strips bacon strips, it's epic meal time. btw was that a whole goat?
some real shit!
1:20 ahahahaha
lol
Mera Bharat Mahan :D
im so makingg this at home LOL
