@@testname2635 do you know how much turmeric you would have to put in to make it that shade of yellow? Probably about 20g. You wouldn’t be able to eat it. That shade of yellow is definitely food colouring. Anyone who cooks regularly with turmeric can tell that that colour is not turmeric. It’s too fluorescent. I’m pretty sure that’s why Gordon was suspect about it. And the chef confirmed he added yellow.

I mean, Gordon has visited Assam; so I'd expect him to know about Indo-Chinese cuisine. It's a real staple. Hummus on the other hand shouldn't be within a 2 mile radius of an Indian restaurant.

I've been watching KN since day one. This server/owner is the most honest I've seen.
I feel if a restaurant is gonna serve you 1 day 2 day old food then the price should be lower but of course cheap places won’t honor that they will just say “oh it’s fresh it’s fresh”

Im an Indian so i know Indian restaurants here very well, and let me tell you guys The "Gobi Manchurian" or as Gordan Ramsey called Chinese dish, is not Chinese Rather Indo Chinese, and Was brought here by Han Chinese some times during the British rule, but their fusion dishes became popular only in the late 1990s
Calling Manchurian Chinese is like you regular American Cheese burgers German cause they were invented in Hamburg
