    My late Mother (GOD REST HER) said she craved only Indian food throughout her pregnancy with me in Ghana west Africa; I guess that's why I love it so much IT'S THE BEST...I like it when Gordon R asked..."Who's pissed him off?" lol...!

    funny how Gordon thinks he is getting mad, hes just asking for the pastry dough to be brought to him quickly not really pissed. I love how Gordon wants to learn cooking from all over the world, separates him from the rest of the worlds chefs and truly makes him a world class chef.

      Irwin Vasquez They use of lot of spices (one of them turmeric) which are natural antibiotic and antioxidant and cook beyond 150 degree Celsius. I really doubt if any bacteria can survive such conditions.
