Hey there, foodies! Today I'm excited to share with you a delicious and easy recipe for eggless brownies. Whether you're vegan, allergic to eggs, or simply looking for a healthier alternative, these brownies are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth.
To make these brownies, you'll need the following ingredients:
Ingredients: (pan size 8-inch)
1 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking power
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup water
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips or (grated chocolate)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Add the vegetable oil, water, and vanilla extract to the bowl and stir until everything is well combined and no lumps remain.
Fold in the chopped dark chocolate or chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly.
Bake 175℃ for 20-25 minutes.
Let the brownies cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once cooled, cut the brownies into squares and serve.

Absolutely love this recipe, very simple. I added an extra cup of flour, 1/2 cup less sugar, 1tsp baking powder instead of 1/2 tsp, 1 cup vegetable oil and 1 cup water. Baked in a 9x13 dish. It was so good and the kids approved most importantly...😊 thank you!

I used (1/2cup 50gm ) Dutch process cocoa powder .Dutch process cocoa powder produces baked goods that taste more intensely chocolatey. Thank you.🙏🏻💐

Tried this today. The taste is goood but I didn't achieve the same crust on top with your video. Do you have any suggestions for it?
In place of oil, I used melted butter. Also after pouring the batter in the pan, let it sit for 5 mins so the top dries up a little bit and then put it in the oven to bake. I did this and got a nice crust on the brownies. (Also reduced the sugar to 3/4cup as I don't like them too sweet)
