- Ultimate Brownies | Egg & Eggless Versions - I know I’ve made the egg version some time ago. I have modified a little and this is definitely an improvised version. I’ve also shown you how to make the eggless version, since I’ve been getting this request from time to time. Although the look (especially the surface of each version) may look different, but both fudgy texture and taste are pretty much similar. I love making brownies because they are super easy to make and my kids love them. I hope you’ll be inspired to make some bagels. Give me your comment down below in the comment box what you think about both the versions. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
• Brownies (Egg Version)
200g [1½ cup] dark chocolate, compound coins chocolates (although I provided the cup measurement, but I do recommend that you used a weighing scale for the chocolate, because chocolate comes with various forms. They can be in chips or chunks or coins like mine, all could weigh differently in cups.
115g [½ cup] unsalted butter
75g [¼ cup + 2 tbsp] white sugar
75g [¼ cup + 2 tbsp] brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
90g [¾ cup] all-purpose flour
25g [¼ cup] cocoa powder
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, add chocolate and butter. Melt them over a double boiler. Be careful do not apply to strong heat as it can affect the chocolate texture and will not be smooth. Make sure they are well melted. Set aside for cooling.
2. In a large mixing bowl, add the sugars and eggs. I recommend to use an electric mixer. Mix on high speed until the batter is creamy, pale and volume doubled.
3. Add in vanilla extract and salt. Mix until combined.
4. Add in the melted chocolate mixture. Mix until well combined.
5. Sift in the dry ingredients, flour and cocoa powder. Fold in until combined. Do not over mix.
6. Transfer batter into an 8x8 inch prepared pan, grease and lined with parchment paper. Level the surface with the spatula.
7. Bake in preheated oven at 175°C/350°F for 30 minutes. If you prefer a bit more gooey, you may go for 25 minutes.
8. Cut the cake with a hot knife. (You may soak the knife in hot water. This is optional)
9. Cake can be served warm with a scoop of ice cream or a cold milk.

Tried the eggless version and it tasted delicious 😋
Какая красота! Какие аппетитные кусочки!
Sure this video will be a hit, Fiona! Brownies are one of the best treat ever and yours look perfect! The egg version turns out with a perfect shiny crackle on top, you did an amazing work😻For the eggless ones, they look so fudgy! I've tried many times and the crakle on top top is not so shiny than the egg version and it disappears quickly! But still delicious! Glad you made the eggless version too 💞
Thanks
Hi Valentina. I apologize for the late reply. Brownies is known to be popular my family. Yes I agree with you. Eggless lost its shine as soon as it cools down, but taste wise, I honestly think they both taste pretty the same, can't tell which is which. But my eggless turned out more gooey than the egg version since they rose in a different ways
@@gracioustreatz7231 hi can you make a brownie only using cocoa powder but not with chocolate bars, like you used in this video to make brownie, so can you make brownie by using cocoa powder version

Hi, thanks for the great recipes. It would be lovely if you also share fudgy brownies with cream cheese swirl on top. I've been looking for that, thank you ♡
I like cakey texture then what will be the recommended change in the recipe( eggless version)
Hey I think it's a perfect recepie . Thanks for sharing. Also I wanted to knw vl curd based brownies have same crincle top like with eggs?
Crinkle top is due to sugar not curd, with enough sugar you can achieve it
Hi, I’m new to ur channel …want to try ur egg brownie …can u pls clarify if ur dark chocolate is what percentage 55%dark etc & is it sugar free or contains sugar …, tx
Can we use Hersheys unsweetened coco
Hi..if i want to do the eggless brownies in 10inch pan..should i double the recipe? Your reply will means alot 🥰

@@gracioustreatz7231 hi please add link about pan square from where in adescrbation box?
Or can tell me abrand please ?
Hi, I would like to try your eggless version, but I don't have the weighing scale. Can I use 250 ml cup for the measurements?
Can you share the storage and how to preserve the brownies for longer period
Hi, the top layer of my brownie was really flaky. What could be the reason? Did i overbake?
Love the brownies Fiona.but I think I prefer the egg version the look nicer you do make lovely cakes thanks for all the recipes which I know alot of time goes into making them and decorating them too much appreciated
Greetings from dublin ireland Patricia obrien 🇮🇪
As it is coming to the Christmas I would like to wish you a happy Christmas and health and wellness for 2023 I know I'm early, but just Incase I don't get intouch again before then
Hi Patricia. Yes if you are not a vegetarian or allergic to eggs, definitely go for egg version as the glossy leathery surface is much appealing. Merry Christmas to you in advance too. Lots of love 💖
Hai , did you use powdered sugars ?
wondering which version be better???
Hey Fiona,Love your recipes!!
Can i use both milk and dark chocolate in this brownie?
Hi dear. That shouldn't be a problem as long as there is at least 50% of dark chocolate
Tried eggless recipe turned out so lip smackingly good
Ma'am, may I know for how many days can we store the eggless brownies ?
What chocolate brand did you use ma’am?
Heyyy fiona! I tried the recipe, it turned out a bit too crumbly and a little extra sweet. How do i fix that?
❤
Maam can we add baking powder and if how much pls reply as I want to do it today for Christmas
For the egg can we use baking powder
Which chocolate brand should I use to make Brownies?
i want to eat this cute cake so badly, but its too pretty to eat
Hi
Can we use compound chocolate or dark chocolate only works best with brownies??
Actually my dark chocolate is compound chocolate
@@gracioustreatz7231 ok thank you so much
Even I made the brownies last time with your recipe and used compound dark chocolate itself but I just wanted to clear my doubts ..
Can I also add chocolate chips?
The chocolate use measurements gram right?
Nice recipe..
but wondering why no use of baking powder and cooking soda... especially in the eggless version...don't you think it would have given a better texture?
Is there any chance we can substitute condensed milk in place of yogurt? And if so then what should be the quantity for the same ?
Yes you can. Maybe just a ¼ cup condensed milk. However, bear in mind it might be a little too sweet if your condensed milk is sweetened. Alternatively you can also use curd. Also, you can replace with ½ cup milk+1tbsp vinegar
I was wondering can i swap the yogurt for curd? Thanks for the recipe i cant wait to try it out!!
You can replace with 150g milk + 2 tbsp vinegar. Mix the milk and vinegar together and let it rest for 5 min before use in the chocolate batter. ☺️
@@gracioustreatz7231 ok thanks so much I can’t wait to try this out! Thank you for replying to me too 😭👍 . I have one last question, I’m using a circle pan instead of a rectangular one so how do I know when the brownies are done?
@@gracioustreatz7231 the recipe turned out great my family loved it!
For all purpose flour can replace to self raising flour? Or have any problem ?
Self raising flour is not suitable for this brownie recipe dear. If you use self raising flour the brownie will rise a lot and texture will be like normal cake ☺️
@@gracioustreatz7231 okay noted
Hi..how many kg does this brownie weigh?
How many does these make?
Should I beat the egg and sugar mixture till the sugar dissolves completely?
Can we add milk in eggless receipe if batter is more thick
Just 1or 2 tbsp will do as the batter is ok to be thick ☺️
otg temperature plz
Can we add some walnuts in the eggless batter?
Yes absolutely 👍🏼
Can we replace brown sugar with white sugar?? Aur castor sugar??
Yes you can. Brown sugar is just for flavoring ☺️
Sugar should be granulated or powdered?
Granulated or caster or fine sugar
Hi can I replace yogurt with sour cream?
Yes, that's a good substitute 👍🏼
Can i use salted butter??
Yes you can 👍🏼
Is egg version much flaky ???
