@@moodist1er im a baker. We really are operators. There is little to no skill involved in what this video shows. They work 2 to 3 x slower than the industry standard, using a ruler shows lack of experience and their production output is absurdly low. to pay for this workers wage at the pace he works, those things must sell for at least $10 each.

I watch all sorts of food channels from all over the world. But the ones from Korea are always far and above so full of clean practices, organized, satisfying to watch, with different techniques and immaculate kitchens, and in the end always have the most beautiful end results. Which is truly a testament to the talent these individuals possess.

Congratulation, you've unintentionnally made some Kouign-Aman, french pastry from Bretagne. Yours may be less rich wich is good in my opinion because the original one has enough calories to power a spaceship
