An amazing post! I've worked in bakeries but obviously the ones I worked in were at an elementary level! Really neat to see the machine and how many times the pastry has to be run thru and lots of TLC and butter! Thanks for posting, pretty amazing and true professionals for sure. Just like culinary skills - the French vastly excel in baking but Danish and Italian are up there too. Best, from Colorado!

This is very cruel! You make a video showing easily the most delicious looking pastry I have ever seen in my life and there is no website from which to order them. Cela n'a plus rien à voir avec un croissant, donc dire qu'il est un dessert préféré de la royauté française c'est un peu mentir. Sinon votre croissant façon Corée du sud est vraiment appétissant 🤤
C'est pas un croissant, c'est pas parce qu'ils font un "dessert" avec de la PLF que c'est du "croissant". C'est juste de la pâte levée feuilletée ( la même pâte que pour la confection de viennoiseries .) avec de la crème pâtissière dedans. Je suis bien d'accord avec toi, c'est vraiment pas un truc de la "royauté française" c'est pour faire vendeur ça.

I think bean paste is a good idea, similar to French chestnut paste. But, I would add chocolat or cheesecake filling instead of slabs of pure butter.

Разрезать на пласты одинаковые, сбрызнуть водой каждый пласт в рулет и в холод.
Дальше порезать рулет на на части шириной 10 см.
Опять в холод, затем в форму кольцо. Выпекать30 мин 230°

- структура теста (можно купить полуфабрикат, можно купить готовые лепёшки диаметром 30 см в частеых хлебных лавках или хачапурном ресторане, как правило грузины изготавливают),
- ваниль (натуральная, стручковая),
- сахар,
- качественная мука,
- качественное сл. масло,
- наполнители-приправы (орех, шоколад, кофе).
Можно купить вместо этого вкуснейший торт плюс слоёную лепёшку из хачапурной.

У них, такое ощущение, что старая элита до сих пор жива, ибо почти все замки, что я видел, выглядят _до отвратительности идеально._ Т.е. так, как нормальный замок (в моём понимании) выглядеть не должен 🤠
_Нормальные полуразрушенные замки_ есть в Шотландии и Британии, а Франция и Германия просто _"вылизывают"_ свои средневековые постройки до идеального состояния, лишая их таинственной ауры и словно насмехаясь над временем.
