Fudgy Brownies With and Without Oven

Fudgy Brownies:
You'll loveee them!!!
Cracky, flaky, shiny top!
Recipe:
2 eggs
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup oil or butter
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
Few drops of vanilla/chocolate essence
1 tsp coffee dissolved in 1 tbsp milk
Half cup of any melted cooking Chocolate/nutella/chocolate chunks/chocolate chips (all optional)
Pinch of salt
Tip:
*For eggless brownie
Replace 1 egg with ¼ cup of yogurt (try using hungcurd so you get no water)
1 egg= ¼ cup yogurt
2 eggs= ¼ +¼ cup yogurt.
*For cakey Brownies
Add 1 tsp baking powder
Method:
Preheat the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Same for stove baking.
Grease the pan, keep aside.
Beat eggs untill they are fluffy.
Add sugar.
Keep beating.
Add oil/butter.
Add vanilla essence and chocolate plus coffee.
Keep beating.
Sift flour, cocoa powder and salt.
add them to the wet mixture and fold. don't use beater now. 🙆🏻♀️
Pour the mixture into the pan and bake at 150°C for 20-25 minutes same goes with stove baking check after 30 minutes to get the wet moist flaky texture. Donot over bake, let them remain soft and wet.

Tried this recipe for the very first time turned out FANTABULOUS. perfectly fudgy❤️🔥. I checked midway of baking these and was disappointed that there were no cracks but then i waited for a few more minutes and the cracks appeared beautifuly will make this again surely and will also tell others about this recipe ❤

Just made these. Trust me I've tried many recipes from CZcams. But this is the best!! I was daunted after many brownie fails. But this came out exactly like she showed! Gonna use this recipe from now on with just a bit less sugar since i eat less sugar. Perfect.
Edit: and yaa! I didn't even leave for 3 hours. I was desperate so cut within 20 mins🤭

It is my first time making brownies and I have found its recipe for life😍 Thank you so much for this amazing recipe💜 I literally jumped after I tasted that first bite! Couldn’t control for 3 hrs though😁 My only issue is I couldn’t get that crinkly top. What did I do wrong? Also I didn’t have butter paper so i settled with oiling the pan but it made the outsides hard whilst the middle being perfect. Any way I can avoid that in future?
