Fudgy brownies without oven, & without mixer
No Oven Brownies Recipe
How to make easy fudgy brownies!
Ingredients:
125g dark chocolate bar
1/4 cup + 1 tbsp unsalted butter
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp instant coffee powder
2 large eggs
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
bake in prehetead oven for 180c in 35mins (gas range oven)

So this is the 2nd recipe of yours I tried 2 days ago. Of course it was a fail (I'm a bad cook I was expecting that😅) I didn't have a brownie plate so I put the batter into a cake mold, steamed it for like an eternity and it gave me the fluffiest and yummiest chocolate cake I ever ate/made in my life . THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I found this recipe yesterday and tried it out today. Didn't have butter, brown sugar or baking soda lying around so I substituted it with vegetable oil, normal sugar and baking powder. Have I committed a food sin? RIP hope it comes out well, it'll be done in half an hour. I'm very nervous since this is the first time I've made something by myself xP
Edit: It came out very crumbly but tastes really good. Would really appreciate it if someone could tell why it became so crumbly :D
Edit 2: I did some research and found out that it gets crumbly because of a lack of fat. So I made attempt no 2 with the same ingredients that I had previously used and this time, I added some more vegetable oil, until it looked like the consistency was liquid enough like theirs. AND DAMN they came out so goooooddd. I kept it on the stove for 40 mins
