You are the best Aunty Siva 🥰🥰🥰🥰 thank you so much.
Thank you too papati ❤🧡💛💚💙
Hi! I really wanna try these nice cracked top of your brownies. But is there a comversion of the ingredients in cups? Thank you in advance!
Hi
Brownies are sensitive. It is better to measure the ingredients in gms. Sorry my recipe is in gms . Maybe you can convert the measurement to cups yourself using the conversion chart available even in google. Happy Baking💜
Hi sis. Tried this recipe but the batter didnt turn out as runny as yours, so i added a few tbsp of hot milk and my brownies came out great!
I made the next lot of a bigger quantity in a bigger pan and increased the recipe accordingly and the crackling top came out great again!! Thank you for this simple yet great recipe, i was looking for it from such a long time!!!
Ps : i replaced evaporated milk with condensed milk and it still came out perfect 👍🏻
Wow glad to hear this. Condensed milk wont it add more sweetness? Did you reduce the sugar ?
@@sivahomecook it did a little bit so thats why I used organic sugars instead of regular because organic are less sweeter.
Agree
Did you use self rising flour? Or plain?
@beautylive
What is subsitution for evaported milk..and instead of self rising flour..how much flour and rising agent?.. can i used dutche process coco.. mam which mode u used to bake brownie.. i bake this brownie but ma batter wast very thick.. i made home evoprted milk.(50 gram milk plus 50 gram milk powdee and boiled, and cool on room temperture.) Plz suggest.i didnt understand over process. Plz explain in english
Hi priyanka. As you know brownies are very sensitive. Measurements and ingredients hv to be good. In this recipe its best to use self raising flour, otherwise if ur using all purpose flour just add a pinch of baking powder or maybe 1/8 tsp. This is fudgy brownies we dont need baking agent much or else it will be like cake. For the milk, if you like can subs with full cream milk but again its best with evaporated milk. Dutch processed cocoa powder is good.
Hi sis can I do this in 8 inch square pan? In btwn what brand evoparated milk did you use? Did you use dark chocolate or milk chocolate?
Hi rema, everything is written in d description box where d recipe is sis. If u cant find d description box let me know.. its better 10 " sis
Hi , is there any substitute for evaporated milk? And if i use pure chocolate instead of compound , will i get the same result? Waiting for your reply……
Hi sister. Please read through the other commends here. Some tried with different milk and they are happy as well. Usually compound gives you better taste and results
Hi!
Are self raising flour and all purpose flour the same?
No. Self raising flour already mixed with baking powder. Its not same.
Hi sis can I use cashew milk instead evaporated milk. Cos I'm vegan.
You can try sister ❤
Sis, can we use the loyang sekat brownies, it will give a uniform cut,.but will it affect the texture of the brownie. Hope you make a video how to use the brownies cutter tray
It wont affect the texture. I hv d brownies loyang sekat. I like malas want to use that. Like more work. Mayb you can check our other local videos if they hv made with the loyang.
Hi sis. I tried this recipe last nite. It was nice & yummy taste. Super moist but i dont get the flakey top. Any idea... Followed exactly from your recipe... My husband loved it...
Hi sis.
Shouldnt use d fan setting when baking this. Open d oven door slightly after switching off the oven. Chocolate type also maybe.
@@sivahomecook hi sis... Yes. I didnt on the fan... Used beryl dark compound choc. Anyway tks for the recipe sis
Hi madam, is it ok to use Ritter's dark chocolate instead of the chocolate coins you hv mentioned?
I hv not used this before. Maybe u can try.
Hi mam , instead of evaporated milk shall i use milkmaid?
If milkmaid is sweet better not sis.
Hello ma'am...can we transport this recipe to another city...means is this recipe a travel friendly?? It can take 4 days to travel ...so whether they will remain good or not??
It will still be good Meetali
Hi sis can I replace butter with corn oil? And can I use normal flour and is it must add baking powder? And can replace normal milk ?
Hi sis. It is best to follow the recipe exactly for good results. 👍
Hi sis if use 8" pan will the brownies look thin
Yes sis will be thinner
Hi!! Nice recipe. Just to ask, can replace evaporated milk with full cream milk?
For this recipe evaporated milk is better sis
Hi! Just tried your recipe. The taste is just like the eggs version but may I know why breaking n flaky when I start to cut
Hi. This suppose to be wet wet and fudgy. But you said its breaking. Was it baked for too long? Oven temperature?
@@sivahomecook 160
@@timalatak5622 im not sure sister. The quality / brand of ingredients, mixing too long can contribute to the texture as well.
Can I use normal maida instead of self raising? Tq in advance
I would suggest self raising flour. Thats better.
Hi can u text me as per ur description what evaporated milk is is it condensed milk or reduced milk
It is not condensed milk sister. If u are in Malaysia it is IDEAL or CARNATION like that. Not fresh milk either. This is richer
Hi Mam! We don't have self-raising flour here in my area, what to substitute please?😊
U can google and see how to make self raising flour. Its pretty easy to do. 👍😆
Can i use normal milk? Please reply
You can try sister. I have not done it with fresh milk. Maybe it should be good. 😊
Can i add plain milk instead of evaporated milk?
Can try sister 👌
Hello sis.I want the recipe in cup measurement
Hi. Maybe you can try convert to cup measurement yourself. Can google..🧡
Hi sis..can I replace the evaporator milk to low fat milk?
Can sister.
Thank you 💗
Do make Brownie without oven sister with step by step
Noted. I will try ❤️
Awesome recipe! Thank you for posting this 'cause not all post a genuine recipe. I tried baking this today and it came out awesome☺️ Truly premium without any eggs🤩
PS:- I used normal milk instead of evaporated milk coz I didn't have evaporated milk. Rest all ditto.
Thank you so much sister. So happy to hear that it turned out good for you. Normal milk means is it full cream milk?
@@sivahomecook yes ma'am.. full cream cow's milk...
@@RENUSCREATIVEGENERATION yes I did
Can i use this recepi for 8 inch pan?
U can try sis.
Hi sis.. vanakkam sis..last time I m asked u to make it with out eggs.. thank you so much sis..it's come out really superb..kedut look alike with eggs.. perfect 👌but konjam inippu..it's ok next time I will reduce t sugar..once again thanks sis 🤝🥰.I shared with my friends oso 🙏🏼😍
Hi Vani sis. Thank you so much for sharing my videos. Yes its next time u can try using walnuts instead of choc chips. Than less sweet sis. Im equally happy my recipe successful
Hi, for this brownies do need fan be turned off or on
No fan better
@@sivahomecook Tq
hi can i use white sugar instead of caster sugar
No sis. Must use soft type of sugar. Brownies are sensitive. You may end up getting a cake...not so much like brownies..
@@sivahomecook ok thank u
What is evaporated milk.cant we use normal milk
Evaporated milk is thickened fresh milk with no or less water content inside. Unsweetened. In Malaysia we hv Ideal and Carnation milk to mention as samples. This is richer version of processed fresh milk
Hi sis,if I want to reduce sugar how much can I reduce to still get the kedut?
Instead of reducing the sugar maybe you can reduce the chocolate chips or replace it with walnuts.
@@sivahomecook ok sis.thank u
For how many days it will be good
It will be good outside for at least 2 days after that you will need to refrigerate it ❤
Hi Siva.
Between timestamp 5:37 to 5:40 did you add more evaporated milk?
Coz the batter couldn't be this thin with the measurements you mentioned in the comments' section. I tried your recipe at least 10 times but didn't get the end result you showed. Please help!
I did not sister. Chances are there the batter consistency slightly plus minus according to your ingredients and the brands. How did you brownies turn out? Dry? No kedut? What happened?
Even your oven type can make a difference. With fan? Without fan?
@@sivahomecook
My brownies turned out tasty but it didnt get the kind of skin you got in your video.
I have a 60ltr oven with fan. I can show you the pic but here there is no option of attaching pics. I am really frustrated now and tried your recipe 10 times in 3 days. Please guide me through it.
I used amul dark and milk chocolate.
@@bhawnanegi4157 amul? Means ur in India? Here in Malaysia most of the time we use DARK COMPOUND only for fudgy brownies. Like i said the type and quality of your ingredients makes a different. Slight different .Did you leave the oven door open for a while before taking out the tray from the oven?
Can this be made with real chocolate or does it have to be compound?
Compound better. For better texture
Sis if I wanna do in 2 pan - 9 inch or 10-inch pan how much batter i should
Maybe you just double the ingredients and pour the batter in two pans
tq akka. Which mean double the ingredients n pour in 2 10inch pan
Hi sis, what ingredients i should add for 8" pan ? To be the brownies thick
I have not tried it with 8" tin. This recipe is good for 7X7" tin. Im afraid i cant advise you in this accurately. Maybe you try to adjust the ingredients to a little bit more according to the proper propotions.
Pls sis ..help me how to bake
About the fan Nd door.. (can’t understand ur language..)
Hi
If your oven have fan, DONT use the fan . After baking slightly open the oven door for 15 to 20 mins before taking out the tray.
What is evaporated milk. ?? Is it condensed milk????how to make evaporated milk??please reply
Yes evaporated milk is like condensed milk which contains more fat and NO sugar.
How we can make evaporated milk at home?
@@alishajain7501 sorry i have not made evaporated milk at home. This one im using the store bought one.
Hye sis.. Evaporated milk or evaporated creamer? I'm confused please reply sis
If ur in Malaysia, its Ideal milk or the carnation milk sis
Thank you so much sis ❤️
Sis ony can use vanilla extract? And also brown sugar better brown gula perang I'm using this brown sugar sis... Can use ah? Ple I replied for this
U cannot use any brown sugar sis. Only soft brown sugar like i mentioned. If u want the same texture taste and look, better to follow the ingredients exactly
Hi Sis. I don't understand Tamil but just watching n doing as per your ingredients list. May l know after baking the brownies, how long to leave the oven door ajar please.
Like 10 mins
@@sivahomecook Sis, thank you for the info🙏
Hi sis, can i replace the sugar ro condensed milk? If can how much sis?
Hi sister. Brownies are very sensitive. For this recipe it is best you take the same ingredients. Any small changes might require you to adjust the other ingredients as well.
@@sivahomecook ok sis, tq
Ur welcome ❤
What temperature sis?
Hi sis
Bake at 10c more from the normal temp u bake cake in ur oven. For example if for cake u use 160c for this u can use 170c
What's the recipe for 9" pan sister. Thank you in advance ☺
Maybe you can use this same recipe for 9" pan. It will be a little taller.
@@sivahomecook Thanks you sis. May god bless you 🙏 ❤
Hi sis for 9" pan need add more the the level of ingredients
Hi aunty, i made this today and followed all as given in the recipe. I bake them in 165°C for 30 minutes flame up and down both, but it comes out raw, still not completely cooked inside. I added another 20 min. Kindly advice for this issue aunty.
Hi fudgy brownies are memang wet and fudgy. But should not be liquid . Still should hv been cooked. How was yours? You still see like liquid is it? Then it is not cooked properly. Using SOFT BROWN SUGAR is important. Diff brown sugar wont work. Brownies are sensitive.
@@sivahomecook Hi aunty, after I add another 20 min then is was like as mentioned wet and fudgy. Alright aunty noted regarding the soft brown sugar. Thank you for the advice aunty ❤. Its nice to be eaten with vanilla cookies ice cream 😋
Yeah if you like try again. Reduce the choc chips or ganti with walnuts.
@@sivahomecook Hi aunty, yeah aunty i put almonds instead of choc chip
I see. So u did change the recipe. Its ok. Walnuts taste better for this.
Hai sis this recipe can double , and can use 9inch tray
Im not sure. You can try..
Ok
Evaporated milk means what?
Evaporated is rich creamy milk without sugar. Try google sis
Can i replace butter with oil?
You can try sister. I have not done this with oil.

Did u follow d measurements exactly? What type of brown sugar u use?
Today I tried but cCannot remove from baking tray. Too soft... pls sis help
Something must be wrong sis. Did u follow my recipe exactly? Brownies are very sensitive. Have to follow recipe exactly. Oven temperature too
@sivahomecook OK chaf I try again... tqsm
What is self raising flour??can we use maida??n how much baking powder or baking soda should we add?? Please reply
Self raising flour is all purpose flour where baking powder is already added to it. Maybe some amount of salt also. We buy self raising flour in supermarkets or even bakery shop. Im not sure about maida. In Malaysia we dont call maida. We use all purpose flour for cakes.
For every 1 cup(125gm) of maida, add 1.5-2 tsp of baking powder to make it a self raising flour.
Thank you so much. Much appreciated. 🤗
Hi sis, I made the eggless brownies yesterday it turned out well but I didn't get the kedut on top like yours. Dont know why but the taste was good. I used walnut instead of chocolate chips. Thanks.
Hi nice to hear that. Did u open d oven door and leave it for a while like i said in the video? How about the chocolates? Same brand? Do not over mix the eggs n sugar too
Yes, left the oven door slightly open for 20 mins. I used beryl's dark compound chocolate but the coco powder I used van houten. I avoided castor sugar bcos didnt want it to be too sweet. As for the butter I used anchor.
I made the eggless version sis.
Everything looks same like mine. Oven ? Its ok sis. Keep trying again.
Yes sis, I'll try again. My daughter and husband loved it. Thanks again.

Thank you sister. ❤
i don’t understand the language so is the brownie batter supposed to be resting before baking ro we bake it right away?
Bake right away sister
@@sivahomecook also, i don’t have self rising flour. so what should i do?
Self raising flour is better . If not just add like 1/2 tsp of baking powder to the all purpose flour and sieve 2 or 3 times
Are we not gonna preheat the oven??
Yes u hv to preheat as usual
Okay, and also can you tell me if i can use curd substitute of milk? What makes brownie more fudgy - milk or curd?
This recipe requires milk. Its nice and fudgy. Im not sure about curd.
@@sivahomecook okay thanks then I’m gonna follow your recipe fully 🤞🏻 just gonna use all purpose flour cuz self rising flour ain’t available here 🥲
@Rida all purpose flour is heavy. U may need to add baking powder. Google how go make self raising flour. Its easy.

Hi. I've tried your recipe. Get the same crinckles on top. I'm using 8' square pan so just need to make 1 and a half of the recipe.
The measurement for 8':
300g dark coin (beryls)
90g butter
30g cocoa powder
113g self rising flour
150ml evaporated milk
135 brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder (this one...i add on)
I skipped the coffee part since doing it for kids. If you guys skip the coffee, please remember to cut a bit the sugar (in this case i dont...so it is quite sweet for me..owh ya...i'm using fully brown sugar since i love the chewyness.
The brownies texture is chewy and fudgy
I bake 150°c for 30 mins.
Hi dhilla. Thank you so much for sharing your recipe for the 8" pan. Useful and helpful to those who wants to try in bigger pan size. God bless you . Salam ❤
Hi.. pls reply me asap sis.. I want to do it... but I dont have evaporated milk.. I just have Dutch lady full cream.. can I use Dutch instead of evaporated milk??
You can try sis.
Heyy followed this recipe to dot. Didnt get the crackly top and the brownies were very gummy. Was sticking to the top of mouth. Not recommended
Im confident in my recipe. I made this myself. Others tried it too. Please try again.
@@sivahomecook will give one more try. Any tips?
Use good quality ingredients. Its important to use SOFT brown sugar. Dont overmix. Oven type can make a difference too. Dont use fan setting. My recipe is meant to be fudgy. So it is wet. It has to be wet. But not to the extend of sticking to your mouth like you said. 😀
