How to Make Gooey Eggless Walnut and Chocochip Chocolate Brownies

- This quick recipe teaches you how to make super soft goeey chocolate eggless walnut and chocochip brownies that can be baked in a normal domestic oven. Once the brownies are ready, we then show you techniques on how to cool the brownie before adding a chocolate drizzle on top to make it look even more yummy and tasty.
IMPORTANT CORRECTION
PLS PREHEAT AND BAKE AT 160 DEGREES
INGREDIENTS
FLOUR 1 Cup (130 gms)
COCOA POWDER 3 tbsp
POWDERED SUGAR 1/2 CUP TIGHTLY PACKED
BAKING POWDER 1 tsp
BAKING SODA 1/2 tsp
SOFT BUTTER 100 gms
CHOCOLATE 1/4 cup pls try and use pure chocolate for best results. ( this is correct I said the wrong measurement in the video by mistake so sorry )
CONDENSED MILK 200 ml
VANILLA ESSENCE 1 tsp
WATER 1/4 cup
WALNUTS 1/2 Cup (65 gms)
CHOCOLATE CHIPS 1/4 Cup
BAKE 30 /35 Mins
Use an 8x8 inch brownie tin lined with greased butter paper.
Pls note that all ovens are different .
so you must observe the baking process the first time.
if you are using a convection oven try baking at 150 degrees.

Hi ma'am I absolutely loved this recipe and I've used it a few times , but I've used it it to make these brownies in the cooker but Everytime some part of the brownie burns ...and since the past 2 times even the inside of the brownie burnt ...is there some temp or tips for making this recipe in the cooker ?

I made this! It tastes amazing. But it took me about an hour to bake it at 180°. It was totally worth the wait though. Your recipes work really well and I'm definitely gonna try all of them😻

@@jigmeister03 no it didn't. It was perfect. The reason it took longer was because I used a glass square bowl. I have tried this same recipe using a microwave safe metal( aluminum I guess) tin and it took lesser time. To sum it up using a glass bowl will take it longer than the metal one.

I baked at convection mode at 170 degree. It rise so much and flowed out of the pan and then sink. Not sure what went wrong.
There is a typo error in the recipe for the chocolate quantity, it should be 1/4 th cup not 3/4th.

I've been baking for so long and this was the WORST recipe ever.
I did everything EXACTLY how she did and I *NEVER* burn anything. The whole brownie was still uncooked from the inside and the top was *completely burnt*
So unhappy. Plus what she made was more like a cake & not a brownie.
U must have put the top grill on. Pls use bake mode. That means only the bottom grill is on.

I am totally agree with Sameera Joshy .. I tried receipee and followed exactly same process. .. Brownies got Burnt.
@Manju : After preheating oven for 20 min @ 180 degrees. U are saying that we need to bake brownie for 30 min.. that's where it went wrong . U should give hints for baking in your video.

Hi mam, which oven would you recommend for baking bread and buns. I am trying to make these but the crust doesn't brown at all..it gets cooked though. I have an LG convection oven, I used middle rack at 180C in convection mode. Kindly suggest if it's possible to bake bread in the same or to buy an OTG. Thanks in advance

1) Why did we use condensed milk in the recipe?
2) Why did we cover the browniie tin with moist cloth? Is it advisable to do the same with cake?
Condensed milk is used to to sweeten the brownies and it also kind of acts as a substitute for egg, along with the baking soda.
You should always cover your cakes or brownies with a moist cloth to prevent it from drying and to increase it's freshness and sponginess

Thanks for the recipe. My brownie batter was not thick like yours. The cake lifted and bounced back down in the middle when baked. But brownie turned out very good in taste.
Sonam Goyal do not open your oven in between baking. When heat goes out, then we often face this dump.

Yes Sneha you can try but the texture will not be the same. Just add 1/2 cup of milk. Make sure it's a dripping consistency . Pls check my microwave cake video. Micro for 6 minutes.

I made them and by mistake I'd put 1 cup of water...The batter became kind of runny and I thought I have wasted my ingredients but surprisingly my brownies came out so soft and dense though I had to bake for around 45 mins...Thanks a lot Mam...I hope your channel gets appreciated even more because you are doing a wonderful job....Keep on the great work.

My first question is the meassurement of 3 tbsp of Cocoa pwd is it 15 gms because in choc cake video 2 tbsp is 10 grm
Condensed milk is 200 ml or 1/2 tin because 200 ml is almost 260 grms I use amul mithai mate which is 400 grm because of the meassurements brownie is not coming out good even pwd sugar 1/2 cup packed is ? Grm
