Mrs Sethia has taught 80,000+ students, many of whom have made their careers in the F&B not only in India, but China, Dubai, Bangladesh, Nepal, Singapore etc. Her short courses are still conducted every month in Kolkata. This is by far the most helpful video I've found on this topic. I decided that 50 bucks worth of chocolate melts and different molds from Amazon were the way to go for Easter treats this year. I have 2 boys and they LOVE chocolate. I looked everywhere and the price of chocolate candy with children's characters is outrageous and doesnt taste good, its got zero taste. I saved a ton of money and I have delicious treats that look fancy and special with little personalizations, ill never go to the store for chocolate candy again. This video helped me tremendously. You're a great teacher and you now have a life long fan in West Virginia.
