Learn how to make White Chocolate Mushroom garnishes to decorate your cakes and pastries

  • Chocolate mushroom garnishes
    I'm sure u will love this one.
    Ingredients
    100 gms or 1/2 cup of melted white chocolate , this will make at least 10 to 15 pieces.
    Edible POWDER food colour of your choice.
    Tools n equipment
    Icing bag
    Ohp or acetate plastic sheets( 3x6inches approx)
    Palette knife
    Scissors
    Hair safety caps
    Some bowls
    Any cylindrical roll
    Flower nail
    An air tight container.
    VERY IMPORTANT TIP
    THE MELTED CHOCOLATE SHOULD BE SLIGHTLY WARM .
    Method
    Take the plastic sheet and pipe out 4 small discs. now do the next parts as fast as u can or the chocolate may harden.
    Sprinkle the coloured powder on each one .
    Place another sheet on top of the chocolate discs .
    Gently press each disc with the flower nail.
    if u want a curved design lift the plastic sheet n curve it and place it inside any roll .
    Place in the freezer for 5 minutes ONLY!!!
    Carefully take them out with the help of a palette knife and store in the freezer in air tight containers for a few hours before using them .
    Shelf life is about 2/3 weeks.
