Even if you can see a slightly shiny crinkly top depending on the light (I think that you can see some shiny crinkles in the thumbnail), these brownies haven't a marked crinkly shiny top that usually have eggs brownies, just because they are eggless. You just will see a slightly shiny crinkly top depending of the light because it's not marked like an egg brownie :)

Since these are eggless, they don’t have the PERFECT cracked top. But they were still good looking and tasted yummy.

Hi Valentina.. I tried out this recipe yesterday. The insides were so fudgy and tasted good,however on the outsides,the butter has melted too much( burnt may be) giving it burnt smell. Any idea how can I prevent that from happening 🤔?

Hi Valentina! I love this recipe and the brownies come out perfect every time. I just got a new oven which has 4 racks so it technically doesn't have a middle rack. Please tell me on which rack I should bake the brownies. Thanks in advance ❤
Hello Pyrex! So glad to hear that, thank you for your feedback! It depends which type of oven is (gas, electric...) and if it tends to bake more on the bottom or on the top. Usually gas oven bake more on the bottom, in this case you can use the second rack. If the heat comes more from the top, use the 3rd rack. Happy baking with your new toy :D

Love the recipe. Can we substitute All purpose flour with whole wheat flour? Any addition or subtraction you suggest in that case?

What should be the temperature and time if we use an airfryer?
I tried this recipe and it was really good . I just had a problem that when I melted the chocolate with butter it separated and wasn't mixing together.

Did you use cups or grams? Grams are more precise, it's possible that if you used cups, you may added a bit extra flour or butter and they came out more crumbly. The baking time also could affect the texture: next time you can try to bake for some minutes less. Let me know! Much love
