    Very similar back workout to what I do.
    And i agree, pull-ups are king.
    During 2020 i did 100 pull ups 3-4 times per week and my strength and density in the back exploded.

    What you said about how you look in the gym is so true. I’m not too worried about it, but I definitely have certain gym clothes that I prefer wearing, and think I look good in. This does make a big difference. Confidence is huge when working out. I like to wear a t shirt with the sleeves cut off. I guess i’m old school, but I think it looks good!
