In the last 2 months that I’ve been watching your videos I’ve seen massive improvements in my training. I’ve modified my back training to implement some of your techniques and some of the tips I’ve picked up from Fouad’s videos. I’ve been training for years and have never felt my lats like I have in the last 2 months. Feeling humbled as I’ve had to drop the weight right down but I’d rather grow than move weight. Keep the videos coming, I’m learning little ways to improve my training from each video. Thanks from Australia 🇦🇺

The biggest take away from me wasn't the stretch, or the shoulders, but the position of the chest pad.
I'd place it on the same height as my armpits, but I've noticed you prefer nipple line, for that lower lat, which I'm missing dearly, so obvious yet it has taken me 3 years to learn, ⚡
