      Yea but it has more meat means ita has more protein since chicken legs comes with bone...I'm not saying chicken legs is not good but it has more weight since it's has bone in it.

    After eating chicken breast for 8 months i was tired of eating same shit mere thinking of lunch was a pain then i started doing research on this topic and switched to chicken legs and thighs, i have been eating for 1 weeks now on fat-loss diet, volume have been reduced but now i enjoy my meals and I think this will help me to stay on sustainable healthy life style✌️

    How much protein is available in 100 gm cooked chicken breast?
    On Google on one site it shows 30 gm and on another site it shows 22 gm..

    100gm of raw chicken breast looses its water weight after cooking it shrinks ...so if i take 100 gm raw chicken breast n cook it..how much of protein did i had??

    5:03 just a tiny doubt, how does the amounts increase when you remove bone and skin..shouldn’t it decrease and also, shouldn’t the amounts in whole chicken column be a sum of the amounts listed in all other portions..

      Mostly the dealer made you fool or you brought packaged chicken. I buy from a nearby place who cut it infront of my own eye. In my place chicken costs 200 rupees, I used to buy 500 gram breast it costs 100 rupees.
