Yea but it has more meat means ita has more protein since chicken legs comes with bone...I'm not saying chicken legs is not good but it has more weight since it's has bone in it.
@@melonlemeon important is what that what do u like to eat what u can consume adquately without killing ur taste . u can take more chicken legs if u say bone weight is there in chicken legs. but i prefer chicken legs and wings easy to eat , much tasty so i can consume it without killing my taste

After eating chicken breast for 8 months i was tired of eating same shit mere thinking of lunch was a pain then i started doing research on this topic and switched to chicken legs and thighs, i have been eating for 1 weeks now on fat-loss diet, volume have been reduced but now i enjoy my meals and I think this will help me to stay on sustainable healthy life style✌️

Mostly the dealer made you fool or you brought packaged chicken. I buy from a nearby place who cut it infront of my own eye. In my place chicken costs 200 rupees, I used to buy 500 gram breast it costs 100 rupees.
