A few additional things for beginners..
    1. Before cooking, make slits into the chicken pieces and marinate them for 10 to 15 mins with ginger garlic paste.
    2. Then on Medium flame add oil. Once oil is heated then add the marinated chicken and continue with Paaji's recipe.
The reason that's important is coz.. ginger and garlic burns when added to the oil directly and looses all its flavour also spluttering on you.
The slits save that flavor and also make sure the spices enter the chicken and are juicy and tasty at the end of it all.
Learnt it the hard way during my initial cooking years.
Great video! Good quick presentation. Comfortable to watch.
P.S. if possible, like someone pointed out use iron skillet.
    Enjoy!

I make some green chutney with it as well that has a lots of coriander, tomatoes, one onion, ginger and garlic and green chillies. Blend all them together and voila.. you have the best of the best self made quick biryani with you.

For those who wanted to know why chicken is softer when frozen and thawed.
Freezing makes the chicken tender because the water forms a tetrahedral cage structure when it freezes and expands, bursting the cells of the chicken muscle. That makes it tender when thawed, and it also juicy.
Paaji knows this I know, so it's not for him 😊

I've never never NEVER cooked chicken before this and the only basic culinary skills I had was chopping veges unevenly, I stumbled across your video and I went "yaar itna mushkil bhi nahi lag ra" and tried this recipe today. It tastes FABULOUS (I did put in thoda extra salt galti se but I'm still happy with what I got) You've inspired me to learn cooking 😁. (Ps : could you do the recipe that you used to make in your hostel using induction? Because I have an induction as well and it's way different than cooking on a stove😅 also how did you prep the chicken when you brought it fresh and cooked immediately? Would be deeply grateful if you could answer this) and I'm gonna try every single recipe on your channel once I get the confidence. Thanks a ton!!

Your suggestion of high flames may burn masala/chicken due to low level of oil in your recipe. You kept at low flame which turned out quite well.

I made this last night, I didn’t have white vinegar for the garlic ginger paste so I used lime instead. Also didn’t have a blender so I tried to crush the garlic ginger as much as I could. It turned out delicious though! Thank you so much for this recipe, I’ll definitely make it again back at my dorm!
